I booked online
I booked online. The skip arrived on time. Driver took out my fence post, I shouted and waved at him. He got out the lorry but never said a word about it, not even an apology. I signed for skip and when he handed me the receipt, only then did I realise that justhire added £102 to the skip price. Emailed to query but no response. Clear pricing? I don't think so!

In terms of the pricing, JUSTHIRE operates as a national booking platform. There are no hidden charges added after booking, and the full amount payable is always displayed before checkout. The receipt handed to you by the driver would have been the supplier’s internal invoice.

The team were incredibly helpful, efficient, and genuinely flexible around our needs. Communication was clear and friendly, delivery and collection were spot on, and nothing felt like too much trouble. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that’s both professional and human. I had a telly & computer in my skip so phoned to say ive got £70 charge if i dont go down to pick them up i said i dont drive so they said i had to borrow the money i said look im disabled i had 4 mini strokes last year & they hung up on me

As clearly explained on our website, in the order confirmation email, the pre-delivery email, and the pre-collection email, certain items cannot be placed in a skip. This includes electrical items such as TVs and computers. When prohibited items are found in a skip, an additional charge is applied to cover the specialist disposal required.
Our customer service team would not offer financial advice to customers, and we’re sorry if there has been any misunderstanding during the conversation. We also take customer service very seriously, and our team would not intentionally hang up on a customer.

Next day delivery with no issues at all. We actually hired twice in a row! Very happy with the service, though would consider adding a whatsapp on the day wit narrower delivery/pick up timing for ease of planning.
