Recently had a skip sorted out for me through Justhire and was so easy to organise from start to finish.
So once the time came to order another my decision was a no brainer, Justhire was the place to go.

This skip hire company keep you informed, are responsive to requests for skip location and provide helpful guidance on Skip contents and loading.

I have hired two skips in succession and would definitely use this company if I ever need another one.

Booking was easy. I think you need to give a better time slot that 7-5, as although our skip did arrive early and was collected early, the large time slot is annoying as we close at 3:30, so I would have had to arrange for someone to stay extra. If there was a better time slot this would be easier to do

The partner JustHire used did not show up on the allocated day. The partner informed JustHire that they were en route to my property and would arrive a little after 5pm but they did in fact not arrive. JustHire's customer service team phoned promptly the next morning and issued a refund. After the cancellation and refund, the partner then showed up with the skip the next morning and I promptly asked them to leave. I have got all the emails about post delivery, collection etc despite my skip being cancelled. JustHire were helpful but they should validate the companies they outsource to.

Great team, and allowed us an additional one week with the skip we hired at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

Very easy to use - much easier than other companies who require you to call up to book a skip. Instead, you just fill in a form on their website. Also, easy to amend the booking if necessary. Great at replying to emails too.

This company used a third party skip hire company who charge £95 less. Total ripp off. I will not be using them again
