Andrew was extremely helpful and informative, incredibly competent and easy to get along. He's incredibly down to earth, made us feel relaxed and is very knowledgeable about the housing market. Andrew quite literally went above and beyond to guide and support us, we were able to choose who we borrowed from and the paperwork/finalisation etc was all 2 days off being completed when our relationship took a turn for the worse, due to the previous ERC being so high and now wanting to sell the house this would take a chunk of money from us, Andrew supported us in the sense that he stopped the other mortgage and found us another suitable mortgage which would be good for us until the house comes up for sale on the market.
