I highly recommend Kamsat services. They installed my satellite dish and everything was done to the highest standard. The work was fast, and as a surprise, they fixed my Freeview cable to the other room without any extra charge! Total professionalism and great customer service. A solid 5 stars!!

One of the best companies in our region. I've never encountered such a friendly approach to customers. I've been a regular customer for over 10 years. Every problem is resolved within a moment. I recommend using their services; you won't be disappointed like I was.

Please stop lying to people. After your visit, TVN channels didn't work. According to the employee, the reason was trees around the house and an old antenna. After complaining, the channels still didn't work. I used a different company then, and everything just started working, and there was no need to replace anything. You're ripping people off. It's sad.

Ordered through their eBay shop. Order cancelled ‘at my request’ (I didn’t request a cancel) No alternative offered, no one contacted me.

Got a refund soon e high but would have preferred better tbh.

Those who have given 5 star ratings have been extremely lucky. I fall into the 60% plus dissatisfied category for which 2 out of 3 previous customers also seem to agree. "Customer Satisfaction" seems to be a term that is not in Kamsat's vocabulary. I ordered a product that was listed on the website, but received something completely different. When I approached Kamsat they tried to blame me for ordering the wrong item, at the same time as removing the product webpage I ordered from on their Kamsat website. Fortunately I had kept documentation proof that the error was not mine. So now having got Kamsat to acknowledge the error was theirs and not mine, the laborious task of returning the wrong product for a refund began. I had to chase and chase again every step of the way. Ringing their advertised landline got an answer machine and left messages asking for a ring-back were ignored thus I had to resort to emails. From the time I placed the order, to the time I got my refund was nearly a month and totally unacceptable in modern Internet sales online order times. OK the refund requested was only £8, but it is the principle of treating your customers fairly that counts, and the fact that the refund was only £8 should have resulted in a "no quibble" customer experience. The only positive aspect of this experience was that I didn't have to pay the return delivery charges as Kamsat arranged collection by Royal Mail.

I bought the President Wyoming Up CB antenna from Kamsat but because Covid I didn't use it for many months.
The first connection to the CB radio showed a cable failure in the manufacturing process. After contacting Kamsat, I sent back the faulty antenna and in a few days I got a new one without any problems.
After this experience, I can honestly recommend the Kamsat company.

I bought a satellite dish and accessories from Kamsat. Unfortunately, the bracket was the wrong size and I didn't notice until the engineer came to erect the dish, several months later due to Covid restrictions. I got in touch with Kamsat and they sorted me out with a new bracket even though a considerable time had elapsed since I had made the original purchase.

Awful!

Ordered a RM KL 505 Amplifier from these via eBay. Phoned them to confirm they had one in stock and was assured that they had. It would be posted next day.

A week later and nothing received. Phoned them to be told that it had been posted. A week later, phoned them again to be told that they did not have them in stock.

Lies, lies and more lies! Do not trust this company, Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a Antenna from them which was supposedly in stock and it did in fact take over a week to arrive! Annoying when you consider there retail premises are around only 20 miles away, I ordered from a Ebay Asian seller the day after the Kamsat order and those goods arrived a day before this order. I have actually phoned them up after seeing something I required advertised as in stock again on Ebay only for them to inform they had no stock and offered me a much more expensive alternative to pick up in person...shall not be ordering anything else from them, I don't trust that even though they state they have plenty in stock, they are a complete let down.
