Shouldn't be trusted to deliver on time
Shouldn't have ordered and will be avoiding in the future. I purchased 2 items as Christmas gifts on 5th December with 3-5 day delivery. Items weren't dropped off with the carrier until the 12th December and then not delivered until the 22nd December by which time I'd already travelled to be with family for Christmas so couldn't even give the gifts to the recipient.
Not to mention I shouldn't need to download a whole app to my phone just to be able to track my order (Shopify) and then can't even use that stupid app to manage my order or contact the company.
Disappointed is an understatement and the recipient of the intended gifts will also now be getting a bad experience.

We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to order in good time and still not receive your items when expected. Unfortunately, due to an extremely busy period and nationwide shipping delays in the lead-up to Christmas, some orders took longer than anticipated to be dispatched and delivered. While this helps explain the delay, it’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

The size and quality of all the products is really good
I think all of the products that I have tried so far are really good, I just think pricing is too high and there’s not many bundles to choose from but definitely fast delivery and good quality products

Not happy at all bought a pallet of ye…
Not happy at all bought a pallet of ye on the 8/12/25 ye told me it was out for delivery then received a email with a refund very disappointed as it’s what my daughter really wanted for Xmas now I can’t get it. Why have it on your page if you can’t deliver it she will be so disappointed on Xmas that I didn’t get it. If ye told me earlier I could have got it somewhere else. So not happy at all

Love all the products I nearly have the whole range but there's some things I got in mystery bundles I dont no how to use i dont know if this is helpfully example I have 2 duo eyeliners I dont have a clue how to put it on

Very neutral for me unfortunately, I just can't get the foundation to work for me, regardless of primer / exfoliating etc, it comes out so blotchy, I've never experienced this before and don't know what to do, and the colour match feature on the website was way off for me. The lightest foundation is close to white, just so you know. I'm a very pasty Irish girl. My eyeliner was broken so I need to get a good eyeliner sharpener before I can test it. Mystery cracker was all lip products and then false eyelashes, I've never used lashes so I need to go buy glue somewhere. I would have loved some variety but that's the risk with a mystery bundle. Have followed for years and it was my first order so I hate leaving a neutral review, but I keep getting notifications to do a review. The formula on the lip oils is lovely. I ordered the foundation and eyeliner specifically, and the cracker for fun so it's very disappointing I haven't been able to use either. Best of luck with everything though 🤍
