I have not had a chance to wear the trousers and jacket I brought but I am very pleased with them the design is stylish and the material comfortable I am in my 80s and clothes that suit me are not easy to find just need an occasion to wear them .

Please consider dropping DHL as you selected courier. Despire paying for 24 hour delivery, DHL has now two days in a row marked the delivery as a "missed attempt". This is despite doorbell camera evidence that shows the contrary + having selected a safeplace delivery.

Who knows when my Kate Barton parcel will arrive now, and I missed an important event.

I was impressed with the superior quality and design of the dress, also that it arrived in good time before Christmas.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, I needed to return the dress because I found the colour of the dress being a much darker colour than it appeared on the website page. It just wasn’t the right colour for me.

When I tried to return the item via the returns link given on the seller, returns link, the link didn’t work. So, I arranged and paid myself for the parcel to be returned and tracked via Royal Mail.

When I received refund of my payment from the company, I was disappointed to notice the seller had also deducted postage from my refund payment regardless of me paying for the items safe return myself. It wasn’t a huge amount of money, but, made me feel reluctant to order again in future.

These comments are purely meant to be constructive feed back ideas. The dress was beautifully made with care, and I’m sure, would look absolutely gorgeous the right owner for it. Hence, my five star rating.

I had to return beautiful work wear trousers too big but indulged in the coat dress which fits perfectly and I enjoy wearing.
Both the dress and the refund for the trousers were dealg with quickly.
I have a feeling that I will be shopping here again!
