Great communication
This is the second time to use theirs company to hire a 18ton truck for a return transportation of our equipment for an event. We booked our transportation via Brandan, was great communications throughout the booking process via email and phone calls. We have had no issues or delays with either booking pick up and even had a follow up call to ensure it all went smoothly.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
I cannot recommend kCharles haulage highly enough! Transporting inherently fragile items like stained glass windows is always a nerve-wracking experience, but the entire team handled the job from Ipswich to Sunderland with absolute professionalism and care.
A massive thank you to Viktor, our main contact at kCharles. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire booking and logistics process seamless and stress-free.
The delivery arrived perfectly on time. The driver they assigned to us was fantastic, incredibly friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to be helpful during unloading.
