Exceptional Service
Here at Flexicon Europe we are very lucky to have KCharles as one of our main Logistics Partners.
Sometimes, at very short notice, they regularly ship for us domestically, anywhere within the UK but equally to much farther EU destinations.
Anything from small pallets to large bulk handling moving equipment weighing tonnes.
Highly competitive in price and equally important delivery times I can honestly say they have not let us down once.

The company failed to deliver my…
The company failed to deliver my pallets and charged me £500. The company didn't bring the right pallet truck and then failed to deliver.
Do not use this company, they should have offered a refund. This was not adequate. Told them the pallets weighed a tonne. Didn't do their research or ask me what kind of pallets were used.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, as they help us maintain transparency and improve our service. However, we must address several inaccuracies in your recent statement to ensure the full context of the situation is clear.
Regarding the Access and Condition of the Goods
Upon arrival at the site, our driver found that the pallets were not only severely water damaged but also positioned in a way that made delivery impossible. In the freight industry, pallets must be accessible from at least one of the two sides (forkable) for a standard pallet truck to engage them. However, in this instance, the pallets were stored down the side of the house, with some facing the building and the rest blocked by a fence. Given the location and the damaged state of the pallets, it was physically impossible to move them.
Regarding the Pallet Truck
We want to clarify that there is only one type of standard pallet truck used in the industry for deliveries of this nature. The correct equipment was brought to site; however, as mentioned above, no equipment can access pallets that are blocked or damaged.
Regarding the Charges
You mentioned being charged £500. In reality, our policy states that if a driver arrives on site and the goods are not ready or accessible, we charge a 100% fee for the wasted journey and operational costs. However, because we were aware that you were purchasing the goods from a third party, we made a significant goodwill gesture and only charged 50% of the total amount. We did this specifically to help mitigate your costs, even though the issue was related to the condition and placement of the goods provided by your seller.
We understand that this was a frustrating experience, but the failure to deliver was due to the state of the pallets and the restricted access at the property, not due to a lack of effort on our driver's part.
