KC Watches Avis 

Firstly I had never used KC watches prior to this purchase (November 2024), I stumbled across it via Hotukdeals and so pleased I did. I was slightly wary initially but I needn’t have been. The buying experience was excellent from start to finish. Robert kept me updated along the way and whenever I rang he picked up the phone immediately and took the time and care to speak to me which was greatly appreciated. I initially wanted the Milanese version of the Omega but unfortunately the lead time was longer so i went for this version and was not disappointed. Even when the watch arrived, although there was an issue with the watch Robert promptly sorted out. Watchmakers nationally could learn from KC watches and the customer experience offered. I hope to purchase watches from him again. Robert- Thank you. V

I had a great deal on a Tag Aquaracer Solargraph watch from KC Watches. Robert was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and he answered all my questions.
I was able to order the watch with a deposit and then my watch was available to either be delivered or to collect 8 days later. I collected the watch in person from Robert, who explained about registering the watch.
I’m extremely happy with my watch and the first class service I’ve received from KC Watches.

Purchase a TAG Heuer Formula One 43mm Automatic from KC watches for my son’s 21st. The whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent. On placing the order I received a call from Robert confirming order and delivery details. Would highly recommend.

I wanted a TAG Aquaracer for my daughter’s 21st birthday and, having decided on exact model, was drawn here due to discounts compared to retail stores.

Paid a deposit and Robert was quick to check that the lead time was OK. He was next in touch to tell me he had the watch and that once I paid the balance the watch would be sent the following day. When Royal Mail were making a bit of a mess of getting the watch to me I mentioned it to Robert and he also got involved with them, which was much appreciated. Watch arrived exactly as described and the warranty has now been registered with TAG Heur. This is the place to buy.

I ordered this watch for my fiancé as a wedding day gift and I can’t wait to give it to him, it’s perfect!
The watch wasn’t in stock so I paid a deposit initially and Robert kept in regular contact with updates regarding the order so I felt reassured throughout.
