Quality wasn't nearly what was expected for the price; the back legs looked like they were about to detach from the body. The company was prompt with a refund, even if the email that accompanied it was a tad snarky.

Hello,
When we received your email that you were not satisfied with the item, we have immediately processed a full refund for you, and we have also made it possible for you to keep the product without having to return it.
The email we sent you was not meant to be snarky in any way, we were just explaining that this product was made of a special material and needed to be tidied up and patted down by hand upon receipt, as some products do look bad due to the crushing caused by logistics and shipping resulting in messy plush. According to the picture we also here to admit that you received the panda doll may indeed process a little problem, we also admit the error, we have been rectified to ban the sale of this panda plush products.
We apologise for not being able to fully explain and communicate with you in our emails due to the high volume of enquiries we sometimes receive.

It was ok…
It was ok…. But I was disappointed it didn’t look exactly as the picture. The one in the picture looked just like my dog however what arrived in the post did not. And it really stunk of a strong chemical smell for a while

Due to the special material of the Maltese Dog plush toy you ordered (and because it was squeezed during transportation), you will feel that the hair of this plush toy is very messy after receiving the package. You need to use a hair dryer with cold air to fluff up the hair and comb it with your hands.

Quality work, speedy delivery.
Plushies arrived incredibly fast and were exactly as promised. They were a little squished in their box, but not in a way that caused lasting damage (likely due to the fast delivery).
