I bought Axolotl Plushie, the texture is great but when I washed it, the blush on it's cheeks was gone. You can make it better by making it permanent blush.

It’s the best-looking Red Panda in the market. I’ve seen several at zoos, and nothing comes close to looking like the real Red Panda. My girlfriend and I are truly enjoying our Red Panda. It’s very cute.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I bought a Chubby Pallas's Cat Plushie and my delivery (shipped to Europe) was delivered in 9 days, which is in fact even sooner than the estimated delivery time to Europe presented on the Keaiart website (10–15 days). The packaging was quite simplistic and perhaps a bit too small (it was a small box with very little space inside as almost its entire volume was filled up with the plushie), but neither the box nor the plushie was damaged in any way and I don't mind simple packaging as long as it serves its purpose; it's probably more economical this way, too. The plushie itself looks exactly like on the website, it is made from quality materials, and is extra soft and just perfect for cuddling — also, I love the creative design.

I must also very much appreciate the Keaiart customer support: I contacted it before my purchase to make sure about some information regarding customs affairs and we exchanged several emails. All replies from the customer support came well within the 24-hour window as stated at the Keaiart website — in fact, most of them came within just a couple of hours following my message, although it was over the weekend, when I would not even expect to receive replies from any customer support in general. All the replies were concise, polite, to the point, and addressed all the topics I had asked about.

Finally, I like the Keaiart online shop website in general: the website is well arranged and offers a wide range of products; each product page provides useful information such as the size and material used, processing time, or estimated delivery time (depending on the location); and the shopping process is easy to navigate.

I'm happy to have made a purchase at this company and will definitely consider making another one. Thank you!
