I received damaged shoes and now I'm getting charged $8 shipping to send them back?!?!

Bought two pairs of shoes in my usual size and they were ridiculously small. I was unable to return/refund one pair as it was a final sale, but could exchange the other pair for the next size up. When they arrived, they were way too big! I posted reviews for both shoes advising of the small sizing and but 3 weeks later Keds still have not published the reviews. I feel their sizing is way off, they make it impossible to get refunds, and they don’t publish all reviews on their site. Would never buy from again.

I will never buy directly from Keds again. The people I spoke with in customer service were very nice, but there were a lot of hiccups with my return and I had to call 3x to get a full refund for the shoes I returned. From now on I'll order from Zappos or DSW where it is much easier to make returns. Also, the quality of their sneakers has unfortunately lowered, but their prices have sky rocketed.

I ordered my daughters white shoes for school on 8/13 and they were lost. The second set was sent on 8/23 and I didn't receive until 9/1 or later. Converse is fast, order from them :)

Not usually one to leave bad reviews ever but very shocked with this company. Check online I’m not the first one. Terrible customer service. No care for the customer experience or for consumer rights. Sell shoes with incorrect sizing guide on the website so when you receive your shoes and they don’t fit they are unwilling to help you exchange the item for another size or get a credit note if the item is on sale. Terrible business ethics and shoes are a very small, save your money a company with better values.

Ojo. Compré zapatillas en kedsespana.es y es una estafa. Parece auténtica. El correo de confirmación que llega es de una página china diciendo que ellos gestionan el pago. Las zapatillas no llegan nunca. Es un timo.

Dodgy company and ethics. They don’t include all of their product information and refuse to refund when receiving inaccurate products.

I ordered a pair of black/black canvas pro- keds from keds.com in nov 2023 for my sister. It was delivered in 3 days. I also ordered 2 pairs of pro-keds in may 2024 for myself. One was black/black canvas and the other was black/white leather hi-tops. Delivered in 4 days. I bought them at a 30 percent discount and am satisfied. I am surprised that so many are complaining about the site but with me on both occasions it went smoothly. I would order from them again.

Dear Keds been wearing Keds since 1958 and now I think your quality has fallin way off looking them over and not as comfortable as others I have worn ,was going to order another pair now I probably will not sorry but quality still means a lot to me these are not Keds quality .Thanks For Listening .Chris Shiakas .

Keds ran too small. I just wanted to exchange for another size. That is when I was told that they charge 7.95 to return. I could almost accept that even in this world of free returns EVERYWHERE else, but then you can't exchange. You would have to return, then reorder, thus losing any discount you may have received. THEN, you would have to purchase more to get free shipping again. I wish I would have known in advance. HORRIBLE return/exchange policy. And, it was obvious that the customer service chat was foreign using improper English making me think the site was not even legit, even though it is.

Waardeloos gebeuren. Mijn moeder heeft twee paar keds sneakers gekocht. Later nog inklaringskosten betaald en er is een pakketje bezorgd maar dat zat een of andere neppe Gucci zonnebril in. Contact gezocht via mail en via het contactformulier op hun site. Geen reactie en geen oplossing.

If I could give less than one star I would. Purchased 2 pairs of shoes using visa gift card. Received my order in a timely manner; however, both pair were too large. I called to exchange for a smaller size and an email was sent for a return tag. I am thinking this is a routine exchange of size. I receive an email letting me know the return has been received so I call in. It was then I was informed of a charge of $8 for the return label. The agent on the phone then attempted to overcharge me $20 for the shoes instead of honoring the original purchasing price. Sneaky and dishonest. I point out the difference in price and then he asks me to give him my card. I explain I already paid and provided my receipt order number. Simple solution do not put the money back on my card. Use it to credit the even exchange. They insist on putting the money back on a gift card I no longer possess. I explain this to them, and they tell me to reach out to the bank. This gift card was given as a prize from an office contest "What bank are you referencing?" He tells me I have to figure this out. Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever experienced with no resolution and no compensation. Sharing this on every message board I can find! Great brand in name only! Far from a quality experience!

Absolutely horrendous! I bought shoes £28 and have been charged £56! The website display free shipping to the UK but there are no delivery options. I tried to cancel the order within 5 mins to no avail! DO NOT use! These are not a reputable Keds distributor!

5 paar besteld. Doorgestuurd naar een betaal site waar ineens betaald werd in hongkong dollars maar gewoon suf genoeg niet goed opgelet en gelijk betaald.
Daarna een bericht gestuurd om de koop te annuleren, geen bericht.
Ook geen ontvangstbevestiging van de aankoop van de website, deze kwam
3 dagen later.
Na een tijd weer een bericht gestuurd om te annuleren, geen gehoor.
Kreeg daarna bericht van postnl voor inklaringskosten, de pure nieuwsgierigheid heeft gewonnen en dit betaald. Ik heb de meest lelijke zonnebril ooit ontvangen. 😅

Be aware if you buy online and have to return for any reason they will charge you plus charge you for shipping.. DO NOT BUY KEDS. Better off to spend you money elsewherey

EIGHT DOLLARS TO MAKE A RETURN. That’s absolutely ridiculous. This should be made clear when the order is being made. Had I known I would have never ordered. The shoes ran ridiculously small so I had to return and am now seeing it’s almost eight dollars. Almost a quarter of the cost of the shoe. Never again.

Box I received was demolished, yet there was zero damage to the packaging it arrived in. They shipped a bashed in box to me. Shoes were too small and they charged $7.95 to return them! Never again will I shop this site!!!
