Bei kedsschweiz.com zwei paar bestellt und bezahlt. Die sind nicht angekommen. Drei Mal über Kontaktformular geschrieben. Keine Antwort bekommen. 71.79 CHF für nicht bezahlt.

Ich gehe stark von einem Fakeshop aus.
Es gibt keinen service kontakt und die datenschutzbestimmungen sind kaum zu deuten.
Zum Glück hat meine Zahlung nicht funktioniert.

Ich habe Keds Triple kick bestellt und es nie erhalten. Eine Versandbestätigung habe ich bekommen, aber danach nichts mehr, nicht mal eine tracking number. Vom customer service habe ich auch keine Rückmeldung bekommen.

Bought a pair of Keds rifle paper size 9 wide, loved, tried them, thought they fit, but a while later realized they hurt my bunion. And, in fact ,gave me a blister on my bunion. They are not wide. Unfortunately I wore them outside so cannot return then. Very disappointed…narrow shoes!

I always buy my granddaughter's tennis shoes from Ked's online and the sizes are always accurate.

Placed order a week ago has not shipped yet. No email saying there was a delay and when spoke with an agent was told I can give you the warehouse number and you can see if you can speed them up. ??? I order for a gift with plenty of time to get here but not now. Thanks keds I'll call your warehouse...Keratin C. thank for no help

Placed a "Rush" order on Friday. Item still not shipped as of Monday night. Was told any orders placed after 10:30 on a Friday are considered "weekend" orders and not shipped until Monday. Was not informed at time placing order. Was told they have no way of contacting warehouse to determine status and whether it is now with FedEx. Would not recommend ever ordering from them. Too unreliable.

Ordered a Spiderman figure off them and it’s a fake. Don’t buy from them.

No contact with them if something happened. The customer service doesnt exist. Not trusted website.

This is the only online shoe retailer I've purchased from that charges for return shipping. The sizing was also way off; I couldn't even get my entire foot in the shoe because it was so narrow and I ordered a half size bigger than normal.

I ordered a pair of Keds and received the wrong brand, color and size.

Terrible customer service - no one is answering the phone. It’s been 3 weeks since I returned a product and still haven’t received my refund.

I am VERY disappointed in my Keds. I washed in the washer on gentle cycle & the rubber is pulling away from the shoe. This should not be happening on the 1st wash. They were only worn maybe 10 times. Just can't believe this.

I purchase a Lightning McQueen truck for my grandson and I’m not happy with the toy that was delivered to me it didn’t show any Lightning McQueen on the truck and I’m so disappointed it the truck actually doesn’t work it keeps on falling out of the grip and it’s not the Lightning McQueen that was shown on your Website so sad that I’m not impressed with the money I paid for the item the truck keeps on separating from the carrier it’s totally devastating sorry but I will never purchase from you guys instead of showing Lightning McQueen on the truck logo it says Dinico 51 and there’s a dinosaur showing as the trucks logo 😭

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Keds.com and unfortunately, the pair I received was defective. One shoe was bigger than the other. They would allow a “free” exchange, which I did not want - but refused to provide a prepaid shipping label even though the product was defective, ans I had to pay for return shipping. Their customer service people were not necessarily rude, but stuck to their script and were unhelpful. When I received an email from Keds.com asking me to review my purchase experience I was honest and posted what I just said above. Today I got an email from them saying that my review did not “meet their standards” and wouldn’t be posted. I won’t be purchasing from this site again and advise you not to.

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experto the keds. I LOVE the shoes but for some reason they always get something wrong. First I am a 5.5 and I ordered the striped Cambray and they gave me a size 10 in all white. I did the return and everything and the lady was so rude. Next I ordered another pair of shoes and they didn’t ship them. It says delivered but they never arrived. That gave me a refund but still no shoes. Terrible customer service. Again I love the shoes but it seems like they don’t wanna sell. :(

I have always loved Keds! Classic Sneaker, it never goes out of style! Cute and very comfortable!

I love Taylor Swift and I know that she is the endorser of Keds shoes. Thats why I love this brand, actually I just bought shoes from this store because of her and planning to purchase more soon. 😍

Tried to do a return, same shoe, same price, different size. They charged me $15.00 more, then charged me $5 for the return, even though it was a swap. It didn't bother me at the time, but I should say that the shoe they sent me looked as if it had been worn. This is Keds, such a shame they treat customers as poorly as they do. I don't know what is going on with my returns or even if I will get a refund. Order them elsewhere. keds.com is horrible to deal with. They won't listen and then take their money. I will have to get the bank on this. I was so excited, it was a really bad experience. Strangest thing, my order history keeps changing from moment to moment. I can't even get it to stay stable long enough to send the other shoes back.

Incorrect item was sent. I ordered two pairs of Keds and was sent ( after two months waiting) two pairs of completely different shoes....not even leather. I contacted someone through their website and was told they would send me a partial refund. Are they kidding! I’m really upset about this but what can I do?
