Good price, received on time. Only just started using it so will see how it works longer term but so far it looks pretty good.

Amazing customer service, the package arrived damaged, I tried to chase the delivery company, no action was taken. Contacted Mack, they replaced right away. Also pleased with clean dishwasher tablet. Much better than other eco brands where silicone washes out grimey and doesn't smell like bleach or detergent like the generic brands. Am a total convert.

Problem with the spray nozzle not working but a replacement was sent straight out.
The limescale bathroom cleaner unfortunately doesn’t work for me but I do live in a hard water area so do need something heavy duty so not the products fault.

There was an issue with the stock for my order at the warehouse. I got a call from Ian, the co-founder, who said they had stock at HQ and could drop some off. Brilliant. Oh, and the products are all fantastic too. Great performance, great for the environment. Couldn't be happier.

I've been looking to move away from supermarket household cleaners for a while, and wasn't really impressed with what other brands were saying (make your house smell like a spa etc). So Mack looked like, and is, a great fit for my household. And it's mostly scentless, which is great of strong smells give you a headache.

I started small with the not guilty toilet descalers, liked them, so I got a bunch of the household cleaners. Auntie bac, the shining, ocean potion, fat buoy, to rimfinity. And I was surprised by how good they are (to the extent that when I saw the amount of dirt ocean potion got from kitchen, I wondered just what the other cleaners had been doing).

So why is this not a five star, because it sounds like I'm a raving fan? If I could have two wishes granted they'd be:
* To rimfinity could use being thicker, it's a bit sloshy for my liking, and we've repurposed a big brand's bottle so it has the swan neck
* It would be great if Mack had 'streak free' formulas (because I'm very lazy)

That said, I have now got some of the hairy scumbag and Dr dre'n to try too, and am interested to see how they perform!

I like that the product doesn't reek of toxic chemicals. Two weeks later and I think the drains smell better than usual. There is, however, something unsatisfactory about delivery. I found this with YOKUU too. The product package arrived looking so battered and flattened and one of the morphish gloops looked worse for wear. If I could get this locally, I would. In principle, I like the product.

I love these products but, I can no longer buy from them as they use evri as their carrier ..and evri do not deliver to my address as I live too rurally. Please please give customers a choice of carrier!

Haven't noticed any real difference to our drains.

Cleans okay but contains some harsh chemicals and not all products are bacterial based as slogans advertise on every page- which is confusing and misinforming. The tabs keep clogging up my spray bottles too. The product I like the most is the toilet cleaner.

Fast delivery, great products.

My wife has always bought and loves bleach based products but they drive me bonkers. Causes me all sorts of issues with throat irritation and eyes stinging etc. My mother in law who’s also very sensitive sat in our lounge with a respirator on once (seriously!).

Convinced my wife to give these a go and we’ve both been blown away. Not going to pretend to understand how they work, but they do and they’re very eco friendly.

What’s more, the 500ml flask is insanely good value for money. Work out twenty something spray bottles for £15!

I ordered over a 10 days ago now, I have not received any notification of it being sent, and I have no product, but have strangely had notification of 'how did we do'

I placed an order 11 days ago which I still haven't received or have any tracking information for. I emailed 4 days ago to follow up on it, and have had no response. Hope I get my product in the end but not a great first impression.

No smell very disappointed

Bad Medicine, I’ve tried it now in two bottles and it just seems to clog up and then inevitably the nozzle/spray no longer functions.
Fat Buoy I cannot recommend enough that’s amazing stuff for the kitchen!!
Hairy Scumbag I’ve seen little difference with. Would be useful to have smaller bags of this so I’m not pouring 1l down 4 plug holes for the sake of it. We only have 1 that’s especially bad.
I would buy more from MACK. The pricing is very reasonable. Really like the stickers and colours. The branding is brilliant too.
