Very happy with my cameras
Very happy with my cameras. I now have 5 in total. 3 solar ones a door bell amd now a inside one. Great product, great support and so easy to set up. Im about to buy another solar one. The app is easy to use, great for piece of mind. I recommend you buy the memory card so you can watch playback

I’m a 60 year old non tech girl and so…
I’m a 60 year old non tech girl and so is my wife. We managed with ease to put this camera together and to position it into bricks at the front of our hous. The camera and and the quality of the picture are BRILLIANT. Dana and the boys at KELDCO are the real deal and provide a quality product that is so simple to instal and get working. Highly recommended.

I purchased a doorbell camera months ago …
I purchased a doorbell camera months ago. The problem with the unit is,it continued to randomly go off with chime every 15 to 20 minutes
The button had no contact for this to happen. I complained many times and received an email of installing points I was to follow and take pictures and video to be sent to Kelso. I methodically followed instructions and did so, giving more than required. I played chase up over weeks of multiple calls to get fobbed off. The scripted reply is it is with technicians reviewing. I asked that they ring me and that was a week ago with nothing. I has a tradesman working at my home and said he was about to purchase keldco cameras. Lucky for him he is no longer after hearing my plight.
They are o.k til something goes wrong the its off to Fair Trading.
I beg you to think 2 on a purchase.

Thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry. You followed every step we asked, sent through more evidence than we needed, and then spent weeks chasing us for an answer. That's not good enough, and we take full responsibility for the lack of communication.
For transparency, here's how our warranty process works. We review the reported issue, collect photos or videos of the fault, and provide troubleshooting steps. If the issue continues, we ask for a short video showing the troubleshooting and what happens afterwards, so our technical team can confirm whether the unit is faulty. Once a fault is confirmed, we arrange a replacement under warranty. Each photo, video and test result adds to the documentation the technical team needs to approve the right outcome, and if we ask for another step, it's because one part of the assessment hasn't been clearly captured yet. This helps us avoid sending the wrong replacement or missing the real cause.
You've already done the hard work, and you won't be asked to start again. Please reply to your existing email thread or contact us at info@keldco.com with your order number. We'll fast-track your case with our technical team and call you directly with the next step.

Seeing the advert
Seeing the advert, made me want to buy it, im so so happy with my camera I have mine on motion census it picks up leaves blowing 🍃 yeah that's annoying but having that small thing being picked up on my camera, is awesome, the picture is bloody amazing, what i love about mine is, the solar charge, no electricity needed just sunshine, and no subscription.

Over priced underperformed piece of garbage!
Pixelated images both video and snaps garbage sound and very slow to acknowledge people and pets only catches last bit of video... waste of money!!!
Also they dont seem to care as ive left emails and no one has been intouch!!!!

The issues you've described, pixelated footage, poor audio and recordings that only catch the end of an event, are usually linked to WiFi signal strength, internet speed or camera placement. Great product and support
Great product and support. After buying a security package the doorbell receiver stopped working. I contacted Dana KeldCo and Dana got it all sorted under warranty. Very fast and efficient.

Absolutely fantastic security camera
Absolutely fantastic camera; It took minutes to set up, I was able to pick up an aftermarket gutter bracket to install it on so no drilling so this is an option too. The picture quality is amazing, and the motion tracking is always keeping an eye on who’s coming and coming, and my furbabies too! Much better than another beam camera I used to have- if you want clear video monitoring of your home, do not look past the KeldCo Solar camera pro 3.0
