Ordered a dress and it didn’t fit. I immediately sent an email requesting a return. Followed up a few days later and then the negotiations started: 25% refund and keep the dress, then 35% refund, then 45% refund. I replied with a copy of their refund policy and said they should honor that. Next stop is complaint to my credit card company.

here's what I can do for you today: $59.95 back to your card — a 55% refund, and you'd still have the dress. I'm pushing this as far as I reasonably can for you. If you'd rather send it back, it's your choice — that route is roughly $30 shipping and a 4–6 week wait, which is why most people in this situation take the refund and move on.

They really don’t want to honor their refund policy.
Just open a dispute with your credit card company.

I ordered a dress from this company. The dress was slightly damaged and it did not fit. On the website it says that they offer free returns. I have emailed the website twice with no response. This is very poor customer service. It makes me feel like this is a scam site. Buyer beware do not order from this company.

Shipping took almost two months. Once the garment was received it was VERY SMALL. I ordered an extra large suit and the pants had an 12” inseam. Is this meant for a child? Absolutely ZERO response from customer service and no way to return the garment. I am out $110

I was really disappointed and cross with my experience. The dress they sent was not the level of quality I’d expect for the price, but the real issue has been trying to return it. I followed their returns policy exactly, yet every email I’ve sent has been ignored. There is no phone number to contact them, and the website claims they are based in Madrid, though I can’t verify this.
I’ve now had to raise the issue through my bank, and I’m still unsure whether I’ll get my £89 back. My advice would be to steer clear — the item did arrive, but if anything is wrong, you may find you have no way of returning it.

Do not buy from this company! Design and construction of my dress was very nice, but it was too small. Trying to return, but only way to contact customer service is by email- no phone number on website. I’ve emailed twice for instructions on returning with no response. Apparently I’m stuck with a $114 dress.

I wasnt only disappointed , im really angry. this site has wonderful pictures on its website, pull you in and the merchandise is complete rubbish. the dress was made of some kind of papery material made from rayon , nylon/. on website it said linen. no label inside, no washing instructions obviously made in sweatshops in china. the 'linen' trousers were the same. and they werent cheap. an absolute scam
4 dresses delivered
4 dresses delivered - delivery was very slow. Fabric is ghastly and sizing poor. I want to return 3 of the 4 and they are loathe to help. They offer a partial refund only and say a refund is too expensive for me and takes too long! A dreadful experience and I am stuck with 3 unusable, ugly, dresses.

I finally received my dress and I need to return it as it is a bad fit … but the only way to return is by emailing them …. And after several attempts to contact them I have had no response .

I will not buy from this company again. The suit I ordered from them arrived but the sizing was all wrong (even though I had follwed the size charts). So, I contacted them to begin the returns policy. The response I received was that I could have a 25% refund and keep the suit (alarm bells triggered as this is not the regular sort of response on receives), there is no point in me keeping the suit, for even if it were possible for me to revert back the size I was at 16 years, it still wouldn't fit! So, after a back and forth of 4 e-mails with increasing amounts of refunds being offered and keeping the suit and me asking for the returns information each time, it finally topped out at 45% refund and keep the suit. When I decided once more, I was told that due to the Spanish distribution being refurbished that I would have to send it to their China distribution centre at my own cost, which is likely to be more than the 55% difference between their offer and a full refund (funny that). So, I gave up and accepted the 45% refund, only to be faced with 4 e-mails on 4 consecutive days saying the e-mail I provided was not correct for the order, even though I have provided all order information to them including dispatch address, order number and e-mail. So, I'm now resigned to never seeing my money again and being lumbered with a suit which is too small and not particularly good quality.
