Had a problem with my magazine Subscription
Had a problem with my magazine subscription and emailed them, within 48 hours had a really lovely email explaining what had happened and how it was going to be resolved and offered to send me 2 months of magazines free for the inconvenience, I accepted 1 free magazine. Problem sorted.

Disgraceful, useless, waste of time, no idea, are just some of the more polite terms I will call this shower of AI brainwashed zombies.
I have had regular standing orders not being sent, impossible to contact via email or phone or reply to customer enquiries.
They have destroyed a much respected well established company Morton's Media who were a pleasure to deal with for over twenty years with their Classic Motorcycle, Auto, Railway and more publications.
Where do we go now ? An apology would be a start.

I ordered a magazine at the request of a Greek friend. I placed the order on the 11th May, it was posted on the same day and it arrived this morning. The magazine is in pristine condition.
Did everything that it said on the tin!! My friend is now desperate to get his hands on it!
