I have been buying Kenkoh Chai V sandals On a website called Happy Feet for 8 yrs. Usually purchasing a pair or two each year. The quality has been wonderful for arch support and general whole foot support. However, now the quality is awful, what has changed??
My knees are hurting and I can narrow it down to these sandals. I am 100% sure the quality has gone way down with Kenkoh. Too bad...you have lost a loyal customer

I really appreciate all the help I received from (Tasneem). I had a lot of anxiety on this purchase because I wasn't quite sure if they really delivered to the USA. For over 4 years I browsed their website,but they only shipped to Eastern countries until recently. I was shocked to finally see them ship to America. So I purchased the Sachi style which is the Middle Eastern sandal for men I've been wanting for the longest time! They are of the highest quality and were shipped on a timely basis. Thanks again to the {sales manager} for being very professional and answering all of my questions and concerns. I'm looking forward to buying another pair again.

Excellent service. Fast delivery. Great product. High quality. Not posted from Japan but from Dubai even though the website is .jp. But still a good service and product. The sandals are slightly different from the ones I bought 7 years ago but still work well. I would recommend.

Excellent anatomic sandals. Great comfort for my feet which are suffering from severe metatarsal drop.

I have several pairs of Kenkoh shoes and I absolutely LOVE them....however....what I end up receiving is always disappointing. I ordered two items a year ago and one of the items they sent me was not correct. It was too expensive to send it back so I ended up giving them away. My most recent order a few weeks ago showed a beautiful pair of sandals, but when they arrived, they looked totally different than what was pictured. Even the box showed a different color than what I ordered. I contacted the company about this and was given an excuse about how things can look different on different computer monitors. But I shop online all the time and have for years and never had the experience of getting something that was a much different color than what was pictured. As much as I love these shoes, I'm very hesitant to order again because I feel like I'm picking out something when I'm blindfolded: what I order is kind of sort of, but not really what I get. This is a shame. It's a great product, they should spend some money on their website so that the pictures are more accurate.

My feet feel so much better. I am wearing the sandals in the house instead of slippers. Great product.

I liked the design very much, but the quality of materials are not so good. I think there are too expensive for this kind of quality.

Since the original item I ordered wasn't in stock, I appreciated being contacted immediately, and had the option to cancel or order a different item.

Even though I was disappointed the item I initially ordered was no longer available, I was really happy with the other style I replaced it with which looked even better in person.

My only recommendation is to make sure the availability of an item is accurate on the website.

Everything is perfect - order arrived in Australia very quickly with plenty of notifications and the shoes are the best

The delivery of the item and response is very good from Kenhoh. Also the item is delivered as ordered and posted on the website.

Only draw back the item is not worth of the amount spent and not value for money, also the look to sandal is also not great.
