Good product. But I was surprised by the country of manufacture Made in China!!!?

First the size was wrong (!), (26 ordered, 25 received) second the colour was not the one ordered.

Was skeptical about ordering pricey sandals online but their service and Japanese quality make it worth the effort - my feet appreciate the pressure on the soul, as it's the right amount soft to walk barefoot for long periods. For shorter periods prefer Maseur brand as they have harder knobs. The help provided via WhatsApp was excellent! Responsive, helped me to find the right size and delivery was quicker than expected. My dad liked them so ordering a pair for him too.

On receipt of my Kenkoh shoes I was charged an additional (unknown) customs duty charge of RO28.746 (USD$ 74.71)! This was disappointing to say the least. However, after reaching out to Ronald at Kenkoh, the matter was swiftly resolved. His immediate action and investigation into the matter has resulted in a refund that is currently in process. I was so impressed with Ronald’s swift action and polite communication with me. Now I can look forward to further Kenkoh purchases. Thank you so much Ronald! Nothing like a satisfied customer who does not feel cheated by the system and the purchase!😃
