Man that got the digger down the alley was excellent however bit quick on explaing the machine on how it works had to figger the key bit ourselves . Battery went day two had to come n recharge other... Voir plus

Excellent service
Excellent service, great communication. Delivered on time, early in fact, and on a Saturda. I was shown how the rotovator works, the rotovator was full with petrol, well maintained and did the job perfectly. Matt was very professional, helped unload and load, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend and very good on price.

Hired some plant from these guys for an ongoing project,
communication was great, enquired in the morning, was delivered by lunchtime.
Needed an attachment to go with the digger as we had hit a stumbling block within our works and was on a very tight deadline spoke to kent hire on the phone they told me exactly what i needed and had it dropped to site the next morning.
Anyone looking for a knowledgeable, competitively priced and punctual hirer company in kent speak to the guys at kent hire.. 10 out of 10 service and would highly recommend to anyone....
look forward to working with you again on future projects.

It was a really straightforward process to set up an account and order a machine for the dates I required one. I found the ability to make an order out of hours particularly useful. Kent Hire staff were friendly and helpful, going beyond expectations with delivery.

Delivery catchment confusion
Despite listing our postcode as in the catchment for delivery on the website we were told they don't deliver to our postcode so we had to collect.

We want to clarify the reason for your rating so others have the correct information. Although our website previously stated that we deliver to your area, this is no longer the case. When you phoned, we made this clear and explained that delivery was not available to your location anymore. You understood this and agreed to collect the machine yourself, which is why the booking proceeded.
Your 3-star review is based solely on the lack of delivery, but this was explained upfront and agreed to before the hire. It isn’t a fair reflection of our service, as we were transparent and followed the terms discussed.
If you need equipment in future—either within our delivery area or by arranging collection—we’re happy to help.”
