SAB Supply Avis

If you want a delivery team to damage your property, deliver the wrong kit not once, but twice, and take 5 days after rental has finished to pick it up, then SAB Supply is the company for you.

Used them three times, last time was a the last! Never could get a reliable ETA so day 1 was always a write-off. Last time the wrong tower was delivered so had to send it back, no effort (other than words) was made to get the right one to me early next day, arrived at lunchtime, a lot of expensive wasted time. Only compensation offered was to extend the hire into the weekend, no use at all. Their reliance on local companies to deliver is flawed, next time I will go local knowing I have an interested and effective person to speak to should things go wrong.

Really easy and swift dispatch. The phone guidance when ordering was brilliant! The tower itself was easy to assemble.
It was picked up a week later than originally scheduled but I paid no extra for this! A great product

tower delivered on time and explained about assembly Did the job perfectly and safely
only downside was delay on pick up as we finished use with it early and collection took two days and two calls

Great price excellent quality materials and speedy delivery and collection I would highly recommend this company

Excellent service, delivered next day.

Super cena , dobra obsługa , wszystko na czas. Dziękuję I polecam.

Once you have an account it's easy to hire. You should have someone who understands how the height of the tower relates to the handrail height, getting it wrong costs the hirer. The staff are polite and friendly. A simple phone call, to return the Tower when finished with. Pick up the following day.
Be aware this is a Tower the customer has to build themselves
Delivery service, service and price are all things they do well. Especially the price.
Overall I was satisfied with the way this company dealt with me.

A great service was given from ordering a tower scaffold to delivering.
Very attentive on the phone and kept up to date of the hire and delivery.
Would 100% recommend.

Cheapest I seen online, I arrange a date that was convenient to me and they delivered 9am that day. It was easy to assemble (after watching a youtube video), unfortunately the guy that dropped it off had every manual bar the one I needed.
I used it for the week and they turned up 9am on the dot on the day for collection.
I would certainly use again

Product pricing was competitive, delivery was on time and driver very helpful and friendly. The scaffold was good quality and in good condition.

Good prices, but terrible communication and unfair billing.

The pricing at SAB Supply was good, but the service was highly disappointing. I was given zero information about my delivery time. I had to call twice just to get an update, and it finally arrived around 17:00. Despite losing the entire day, they insisted on charging me the full day's rate and refused to compromise. Conversely, they scheduled the off-hire collection for 8:30 AM on the final morning. Paying full rates for minimal usage time due to their scheduling is unacceptable. They showed zero flexibility when challenged.

Always available to deal with any queries and swift to accommodate numerous panicked requests at short notice.
SAB are our "go too" scaffold supplier, one point of contact, nationwide access.
They just make it painless to deal with

We've recommended SAB supply for the last few years to many customers across the UK for Training Purposes.
At every stage of the hire process, from qualification to delivery and collection they have always been helpful no matter the situation. We continue to solely recommend this company as this element is a critical factor in training delivery.

Can always source the hire kit I need, very helpful team.
