Very effectiv but turning off pls help
I did buy the kennzi in Summer an so far I am really happy about it. Two months ago the cable did have a slack joint and after a video proof of my Problem they shipped a new one to me.
I use it on level 5 on my legs and armpits and on level 3 on my ladyparts and can see that the hair is growing back slower and there are some patches without hair. So I am very happy about that.
But every time I use it after some time it just goes off and will not turn in till literally the next day.
I go every area 3 times lile recommended but I am a little bit unsure what I should do about the turn offs because I can not end most sessions.

This is a scam
This is a scam. Or, at least, it did not work on me, a white-skinned woman with dark hair (which is allegedly the most ideal combo for ipl hair removal). I emailed them about a REFUND (it hasn’t been 90 days since I’ve had this) and they emailed back about an EXCHANGE. I really do think that the influences who promote this on YouTube are simply getting paid a lot to do so since that is an effective marketing strategy. By the way this thing took over a month to get to my house in the US.
Edit: this company charges you for shipping when you buy the product but will not cover shipping if you need to return the item. So you have to pay for shipping yourself. Since you have to ship it back to Australia at your own cost (although the country of origin might be China), you are less incentivised to return it at all.

I ordered mine almost a month ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I read some one else’s review from this month saying they ordered theirs and it arrived in three days??? Either that was a fake review or some how I have been forgotten. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. Kennzi, what is going on?! I’ll gladly change this review if someone would just get my device shipped out to me. If I even just had a tracking number I would be happy, I check the shop app every day and still it hasn’t shipped 👿
Update: As soon as I posted this kennzi immediately contacted me to resolve the situation. When I had initially placed my order at the beginning of November I had contacted kenzzi and asked if I could change my order stating that I had meant to order the multi function ipl but had instead ordered the device without the multi function attachments, they informed me that they had attempted to stop my order and change it but that it was too late, that it had already been processed. Apparently there was some kind of an error in the system and my order was placed on hold. Their customer service is incredible, I spoke with Sam, he was very prompt and accommodating, he apologized for the mistake, made sure my ipl device was immediately shipped out to me and compensated me for the shipping I had paid for. Mistakes happen, this situation was no ones fault and Sam handled this situation perfectly. The prompt customer service response gives me the confidence to do business with this company in the future and gladly recommend them to anyone I know. After I use the product for six weeks I will come back with another update. Thank you Sam!!!!!

We have family coming into town for an early Christmas, Ive been so busy preparing for that I hadn't had a chance to sit down and try my Kenzzi.
Just tried it, wow, it didn't hurt at all, like I felt nothing.... I was so nervous! lol
I even used it on my face(not gonna lie, by the third pass in the same spot it stung a little, but I did have mine turned up to level five) For reference I have very white skin and dark hair
I wish glasses were included, I've been wearing my coach sunglasses and looking away
Ill come back and update again in a few weeks : )

Something happened at the Airport that…
Something happened at the Airport that my shipping stoped moving. Customer service was great an able to solve so my package could arrive. Loving the results so far! It's been a few weeks but I already see small patches where hair isn't growing.

It seems like many people had issues with receiving their Kenzii but mine arrived to the US in 3 days which is great.
Now that it’s fall here I’ve started my treatments. I have done professional laser before. Kenzii is very time consuming (shaving and then going over each area 3x) but I figure it would be the same amount of time If I had to drive to a laser removal place.
I know it says the light is safe for your eyes but I didn’t feel comfortable with it after my first try so I ordered some laser safe glasses for cheap on Amazon.
I can’t speak to the results yet but I will update when I can.
UPDATE: I am now 9 treatments in and have seen a significant difference in my hair growth. What’s coming in is much slower and patchy, it’s lighter and softer too. The softness is significant because even when I don’t shave I can barely feel the hairs.
There are areas it’s working better than others. I’ll list them here from best to worst:
-Arms, legs, lower belly, armpits, bikini.
I can basically stop treating my arms at this point and think legs won’t be far behind that. I suspect that the bikini and underarms will take a few more weeks of treatment. Overall pretty satisfied!!

Awful company and service.
I don't know where this company is based, because suspicious companies always try very hard to hide this info or make it very hard to find, but it took a month for my device to arrive, on top of which I was charged for customs, which was the quarter price of the device itself. When I went to try it out, the device wasn't working, so I emailed them, upon which they asked for a video showing the problem, which I have made. They offered to send a new device, but not wanting to pay for customs again, I asked for a refund instead. They stated the price would listed as lower, as a repaired item, and I wouldn't be charged customs fees. The company is very suspicious and they are very adamant, even though I requested a refund 3 times by now. It seems like there is no other choice but to file a chargeback claim with my card issuer, as I really want my money back, rather than risking another possible customs charge or a faulty device. I would recommend not to shop with them.
EDIT to respond: If you are based in New Zealand, why are your packages arriving from Hong Kong? You may not have control over which country would charge for customs, but many countries charge specifically for what is considered cheap goods out of China and surrounding regions. You are more than happy to send a replacement which I do not want, I. WANT. A. REFUND. How is that so hard to understand? I already contacted your awful service and expressed my wishes for a refund and displeasure with the customs multiple times. I was assured the replacement item would be priced at 30 dollars and labeled as "Repair" which would assure no customs charges, which is the only reason I accepted a replacement. I was still charged customs, again! I refuse to pay for this and if I'm not refunded, this time I am filing a claim with my bank. I will also be looking to contact any form of customer protection or sales authorities out of New Zealand about this company, but I doubt you are actually based there.

great customer service, quick and responsive
I bought a Kenzzi and used it for 3 weeks and then it quit working. I contacted customer service. They had me send a video of the Kenzzi not working. The same day they reviewed the video and then said they would send me a new one. I got a new one about a week and a half later. They were super nice, responsive and did what they said. I will have to keep using it to review how it works.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Item never received and they refused to refund me. Do not use ever!!!
Also selling items to the UK without non standard plugs which can be dangerous.

Slightly reduced hair on my chin and upper lip but most of it remained. It did seem to slow hair growth. I have been using it consistently for months (started off weekly, now about once a month). Keeping my fingers crossed it gets better, but mostly just a so-so result.

It does take some commitment but once or twice a week and I'm quite happy. I've been able to cut back on shaving considerably. No downside to it as far as I can tell. It's pricey but I'm definitely recommending it to my friends.

I am on week 8 of level 5 using Kenzzi and I see no difference. My hair is the same, I have even more ingrown hairs and I still have dark greysih underarms after I shave 😔 I really wanted to love this since I cannot afford laser hair removal but I will keep using it until week 12 and I will write another review!

I can’t believe it works it’s like
so far I am loving the results of the Kenzzi & Finished my 12 weeks for my whole body but my legs & arm pits are still not having the results I want I still have fast hair growing but much less then before but I feel like the hair is growing back too fast, do I need to get professional laser hair removal or continue with kenzzi

Did not give results, broke after three weeks
Stopped working after three weeks of careful and limited use. Just turned off and never turned back on. Worse that it didn’t seem to help the hair growth in the meantime and there is practically no way to get a fair refund. They charge a restocking fee no matter what that is half of the full price. It is a complete scam, please don’t lose your money.
