Ordered a suitcase but it was too small (my fault!) so I asked to return it and there was no issues. Evri, however, damaged the suitcase completely but this company still offered me a refund and were very polite about it. Would recommend them and their product - I would have 100% kept it, if it weren’t for my wishful light packing abilities!

I contacted them for bath mats was initially disappointed as I got another product , My return was processed quickly and I got my replacement in 2 days , was asked proactively to leave an honest feedback which I appreciate , overall satisfied as a customer and can rely on the company

I ordered the playpen and it was missing a T connector and I contacted customer service and they sent me the part the next day , Good company and good after sales service

When my parcel arrived it was the wrong item, I was pretty disappointed but after contacting customer services and speaking to Atharva I was 100% satisfied with the service I received, he was so helpful and friendly and made the whole experience of retuning the item and receiving a replacement so easy. Although I ended up returning my dumbbells as I did not realize I had a gym in my new building this company was beyond helpful. There was no hanging around waiting for them to get back to me, they were fast, efficient and very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

After a misunderstanding this great company sorted out what was a small problem by being easy to get hold off and my item was delivered straight away. Great company to deal with and quality items too.

Faulty poorly constructed products. Company disinterested once you buy

Purchased a Keplin Oil Filled Radiator, Portable Electric Heater with 24 hours timer 2500w 11 fin and 3 power settings, Thermostat with adjustable temperature with Thermal safety cut off. Low energy. Cost £49.99. Received on the 14th December 2022.
This heater was used Dec 2022/ Jan/Feb/Mar 2023.
On 1st Dec 2023 stopped working. So only got 4 months use out of this heater.
Contacted Keplin who stated they do not supply any guarantee with the heater!! Would not rate it any stars at all.

Superb garden chair covers, best quality ones I’ve had. Delivered very quickly too.

I have tried to contact the seller through Amazon on multiple occasions to rectify this - to no response.

I have given the company a chance to rectify the situation before submitting the review. But now furious as keplin has my money but has not provided the product. SCAM.

I ordered one of the garden large collapsable chairs from this place. They have been prompt in their service. The chairs were of good quality and i would highly recommend buying from this place.

Their customer service is also very good. Upon asking questions about the product and process, they were very good in guiding me thoroughly.

The delivery was very quick and the product was great, but not suitable for me. I've had a few correspondence with a couple of the girls, Prabhleen and Atharva who have been extremely helpful, great customer service. I had to pay for the return post, which I understand.
