Customer service excellent
I have founds Lugs really professional. I ordered a case which ultimately I had to return due to me ordering the wrong size.it arrived well packaged and quickly. The case itself was great quality. The customer service I received was caring and quickly replied to. I can recommend their products. I will use again next time I have a need.

Ordered an Air Fryer (which is great by the way) but it initially didn't arrive thanks to the inefficiencies of Evri. The company were so helpful in getting the issue resolved for me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Product did not arrive due to evri losing it, keplin gave me a full refund very quickly. Not there fault.. a week later product turned up but had got another one...as good will gesture just to keep it.. great customer service...

Wish I’d read these reviews first. Purchased a Kiplin hoover from Morrisons only to find the brush head was missing. Took it back but it was the last one, so contacted keplin and explained the problem, to be told NO we can’t send out brushes because I didn’t buy it off their website. I can buy brushes from them though!!!!! Or I have to take the hoover back to Morrisons get a refund, and then purchase one from their website at double the cost.
Customer service advisor was rude and totally disinterested.

Initially the courier lost the parcel and therefore Keplin refunded the payment. Then the order arrived and naturally I offered to pay but Keplin said keep the product as a gesture of goodwill. Service and generosity like this is rare in the modern world.

Poor service, lots of chasing and end result no product being delivered.

Contacted them again and now told out of stock and refund being processed and 4-5 days monies will be returned. Shocking service. Lovely and wide range of products
I bought this tower fan for my 90 year old mother…
I bought this tower fan for my mother who is 90 years old and was suffering during the heat wave during July. I read the reviews and liked the fact that it was small enough for my mother to carry into different rooms as she uses a stick to walk.
On receiving the tower fan, it looked good quality, with easy to understand instructions giving 3 different options in relation to the strength and speed of the fan , control over its oscillation and timer for adjusting how long it worked if used at bedtime. There was also a small remote for all the options.
However, what I thought were easy instructions on how to operate the fan, was not the case for my 90 year old mother who found it difficult to use. She basically only wanted to push one button to turn a fan on and off.
I therefore contacted the seller and explained the situation, that the tower fan was fine but my 90 year old mother found it too complicated to use. The customer service couldn’t have been any better, they stated they fully understood the issue and agreed to supply a full refund in these circumstances.
Very happy to deal with this company again.
Avoid at all costs, they don't own their mistakes
Ordered through KG-Direct on Amazon which is the same company. 2 days before we were due to travel, the luggage did not arrive on the day of delivery. Called their support number only to be told "there was a fire in the corner of the warehouse where my bags were so they could not fulfil the order". I didn't realise that lugg-online was the same company so tried to order via their site to get next day delivery but it wasn't available as an option. I called to be told that because it was past 13:00 they couldn't, even though the only reason I needed this was because they failed to deliver the original order.
The person on the phone told me I could order the luggage but it would be there the next day - I pointed out that obviously they'd 'had a fire in the warehouse' but she knew nothing about this.
Things go wrong, I accept that, but a proper company does what it can to resolve the situation and owns up to it's mistakes, it does not make up stories and then fail to take accountability.

I am happy that I received my order in the end, however the informations you were giving me were very much unstable. Sometimes you say, it is shipped from you, but may be it is lost on the way, sometimes you say, you will refund me, sometimes you say, I shouldn't email you again, while I very much felt that I lost my order. It was just a little bit like stressful time. I hope you improve your communication system in the future. But, I am happy I got my Item now.
