The bowl I ordered was for my daughters birthday. It was beautiful!

Always very good quality materials. Communication is good, despatch/delivery is quick. Some great tutorials on the website and in the newsletters.

I've been dealing,on and off,with Kernowcraft since the '70s but mainly over the last 13 years since I retired. I make bits as a hobby and presents for family and friends mainly. I mostly buy stones from here as they have some lovely unusual pieces and I like to make one-offs. Their service is very fast with items usually arriving the next day. If I need any advice, the ladies are always there with a helpful suggestion and they will try and pick stones if I want anything special. Yeah, alright, they may be a little more expensive than some others but you get what you pay for. When I make things it's my name hanging on the end of it and yeah, I'm a bit of a fussy so an so, so I wouldn't tolerate rubbish service.
Last year, for a family wedding, I got asked to make some cuff links for the event. The girls even paired up matching stones for me. I later got asked to make some similar for another family wedding. Again, they matched up the stones for me to make my life easier. Eight matching sets, that's a bit of a tall order
Would I recommend Kernowcraft? Yeah, I reckon so, they always look after me OK.

Also for anyone keeping invoices they are very clear and simple to read, unlike some other jewellery stores I've tried. Recommend to everyone!

I’ve just opened my first subscription jewellery box and WOW!!! Beautifully packaged with lots of lovely goodies inside (and that’s before I even got to the beads and gemstone!!).
Kernowcraft customer service was awesome too, when I accidentally ordered two boxes by mistake when originally ordering - all sorted with no drama!

I received my first Kernowcraft subscription box yesterday and I am delighted with it!

I am fairly new to making jewellery and thought this was an excellent way of introducing me to different areas and techniques of jewellery making, which I may not have otherwise explored.

It’s exciting to open and see what lovely treats the team at Kernowcraft have chosen to put inside and they didn’t disappoint.
What I found special, was the handwritten postcard from the team and the effort to really make it personal, by handwriting my name at the top of the newsletter that came with it.
I can’t wait to get started!

I've just received my first jewellery subscription box. A little bit of Cornwall in a box.
Beautiful quality sea coloured beads that I can't wait to create into bracelets and earrings. A gorgeous fluorite crystal, poppy seeds for the garden, a bead mat and some lovely teas to drink before, during and after.

Excellent range of products and quick efficient delivery. Just a hobby. Started by doing small projects for family and still learning. Not sure where it will lead but sure Kernowcraft will inspire and support.

I have used Kernowcraft for several years. Orders always arrive promptly, the quality is always excellent. They stock a fabulous selection of products, if you are a beginner at jewellery making or have loads of experience they will have something perfect for you.

Four stars given only because certain items have been out of stock for months & months and I’ll have to go elsewhere at some point (I don’t want to!). But everything else is perfect 🤩
