Love who Ketoned Bodies represents. They get all their foods from a regenerative agriculture farms. I know their food is the safest for my body.

This is it when it comes to keto meals delivered. Flavor is just the absolute best. Have never been so happy with my keto diet.

Seriously amazing food. Better than most restaurants. It’s hard to believe a prepared meal can be this good.

Great meals and love the packaging. Looks like it is something that would come from a farm rather than a grocery store.

Don't bother promoting them. They don't pay their affiliates.

Food arrived when expected. Definitely has helped with maintain my diet while giving me the the convenience of just popping it in the oven. Food taste amazing as well!

I had an issue with my order that got worked out in a very satisfactory way with customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well the meals satisfied me and I did not feel like snacking in between them.

Most importantly, the food. Some things are great, some things are basically inedible (speaking specifically to the keto scramble - avoid that at all costs!). I think the one thing I’ve really noticed, as an avid macro calculator and food measurer - I really doubt their nutritional facts/macros are accurate. I am not getting the calories that they say that I am and know that because of my years of weighing & measuring my food. If I eat three ketoned meals per day, I am absolutely famished and somehow 250 cals over my normal calorie intake (which takes effort for me to normally get to). I think this is probably the most important part of ordering a meal prep service is accurate nutritional information and if you’re not getting that, than what’s the point? Finally, I ordered supposedly in time for a Monday delivery - didn’t get my order until Friday. Which was fine for me, but I’d imagine foot others it wouldn’t be.

I've tried 5 different companies for Keto pre-made frozen meals. These guys blew the competition out of the water in taste and texture. Additionally, their macros, ease of use, and containers are the best I've found. They are pricey, but worth it to me.

Worked with customer service on an issue with my order and it was resolved very efficiently. Food is delcious as always. Thank you!

Tried to cancel my order by calling them and email. Never received a response. Called three times on 2 separate days on times they said they were open and sent 2 emails.
Not expensive but just wanted to cancel , and this was about A week before my delivery was to come because of when I ordered.
Would not recommend

There food was not half bad but there customer service was the worst iv ever delt with. I was so fed up with the lack of communication that I didn't even ask for the money they had extra charged me.

Terrible tasting food. And I eat keto regularly.

I ordered the meals and then tried to cancel or reschedule my delivery because I was called to work out of town and would miss my shipping date. No reply, no email, no phone call.... nothing. I had to have a friend continue to check my front steps for my order. When I arrived home, I tried the meals, disgusting. Every meal with meat has bone fragments in it, I nearly vomited when I bit down on them. I am filing a BBB complaint, total rip off, and yes, the packaging is awful. Two of my meals were open and the good all over the box. Don't order from this company.

Like so many others my meals came in late.The meals were horrible and tasteless. The meats were like rubber. I have order keto meals before from other places and they were delicious. I literal threw away 13 meals of the 15 because they tasted so bad. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

The meals I ordered were in flimsy cheap-looking pressed-cardboard containers with loose lids that were not sealed at all, so the containers had opened up during delivery. As a result, food had spilled out into the carton. Although the items did arrive chilled, there were no cold packs or dry ice in the delivery carton at all, only shredded paper. This appears to be an amateur company that doesn't even know how to properly seal their food in first-class containers and has very inadequate packaging. I will not be ordering food from them again, and I recommend that no one else does, either!

Came in terrible condition, two of the meals didn't have their lids on and dry ice was inside the meal. You originally responded to me but haven't received a credit for the 2 meals....the cartons the food was packaged in is cardboard and not very sustainable. Another message from you would have been nice.
