It was such a wonderful experience for all of us! My daughter loves pigs and we treated her the experience for her birthday. The pigs were very cute and sweet and we left there happy! 2 hours was just right amount of time. The shop also had lovely products and cuddly toys.

A must visit for a micro pig lover, like our son
Our son had an amazing afternoon pampering piggies for his birthday treat.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the pigs are happy and healthy and the location is accessible.
Wearing sensible clothing is a must especially footwear as the pigs are out doors, you are in their homes and we found the best thing was to sit on the floor as you wouldnt have to wait too long before a couple of porkies would come over for a brush and a cuddle. A visit must for a micro pig lover!

We’ve visited twice now and both times it’s been fantastic. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. The pigs are gorgeous and you can see how well looked after they are. Plenty to see and thanks to the booking slots it isn’t too busy so you can have plenty of time to fuss the pigs. I’ve now since adopted one!

Lovely gift ideas for piggy lovers 🐖. The gold adoption package I ordered as a Valentine's gift arrived in less than 24 hours and my fiancée loved it!! The communication was second to none too. We can't wait to visit the farm and meet our adopted piggy and her friends.

Becky and the owner are wonderful…
Becky and the owner are wonderful hosts. I have been very very unwell this last year and the experience was therapeutic and calming for me and a great help for my mental wellbeing. So much fantastic information around the piggies was caringly transposed verbally to us. The piggies were beautiful, funny, sweet and loving.
This is a fantastic place and would cater for the needs of many people across the board.
Thank you so very much for a wonderful afternoon that we will never forget. Denise and friend.

Ordered a soft magnet over a week ago and still not received it. £4.70 for delivery is excessive to say the least but wanted this item for a birthday present (birthday has now passed)..emailed the company and got no reply..deeply disappointed

I am sorry you have had a disappointing experience with us, we always strive for excellent customer service and care.
I can see that you ordered with us on 22nd October, and we sent out your order on the 28th of October. In the 'Shipping Information' section on our website, it states that we aim to send out orders within 7 business days of receiving them. As we sent out your order within 7 days, we achieved this timeline.
With our shipping, we charge £4.70 for Royal Mail First Class Signed for. We use this service to ensure our customers get their ordered safely and securely. Please note, the £4.70 also includes packaging.
We would like to apologise for not seeing and responding to your email. All 7 of our goats were stolen on the 26th of October and I can see you emailed in on the 27th of October. Our team were very distressed at this time and to miss an email is not something that happens at Kew Little Pigs.
We hope that you will order from us again, and if there is anything further, we can help you with please don't hesitate to get in contact.
