Scott and Johnathan are a breath of fresh air in the world of estate agency. They are innovative in their use of technology and social media to promote listings and help both buyers and sellers. Their communication is first rate and their work rate phenomenal. I cannot recommend this company and its staff highly enough.
Got in touch with Scott after our initial sale fell through. Was very happy to chat through everything on the phone and did a survey in a few days. Phoned the day he looked at the property, and said he already might have someone for it, and true to his word he had an interested party. We had been trying to sell for a year and Scott had the viewing, the buyer and the sale done in a matter of weeks!! Kept in contact the whole step of the why by whatsapp group chat that he suggested. Could not praise him and his professionalism enough.
Joined the buyers service and they found me a brilliant property within a month, that fitted all my requirements and much more. They kept me updated on progress whilst working hard to find my ideal home. Will definitely use them in the future when selling and/or buying a new home.

We had our property up for sale with Ben Rose for over a year, there was little communication and even less by way of viewings so we decided to go with Key and Frame. A buyer was found within two weeks and completion happened four weeks later. Scott was highly professional throughout the process keeping in touch with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone with complete confidence.
Key & Frame estate agents not only provided a great end to end service, but were extremely competitive on price, with the added bonus of no upselling and they did the viewings. We were kept updated throughout the process and they sold our house really quickly achieving the asking price, very impressed and will definitely use again in the future.
