No refund
Bought the keyboard for my father in law for christmas but we found out he can only use low profile keyboards due to arthritis in the wrists. The keyboard and wrist rest was bought as a christmas gift, so it was bought a few weeks before christmas and it has now surpassed the refund date.
Keychron refuses a refund or a tradein for the unopened keyboard and palm rest so i can only give the lowest score. Don't think i intend on buying anymore keychron products after this. Very disappointing service to say the least.

Pathetic customer service - good product
The Q series keyboards are very nice boards, manufacturing quality is really quite nice. However, the USB port on those boards is a joke, it's wobbly right from the get go, and in my case, it started cutting in and out after 6 months of purchase.
Luckily the USB-C port is on a daughter board, so this should be a quick fix with them sending me a replacement part, right? right.
After waiting a total of around 40 hours for 2 (!!!!! in total) chat messages from their Chat support, and, never receiving a reply to my email, they made it clear that they won't just ship out a spare daughter board with a production value of 1-2 euro, if not under.
Considering the price and this being a keyboard kit where you are heavily encouraged to assemble / modify it yourself, this is a truly pathetic service quality that is looking to find it's match.
Not recommended
To be fair with them, under "shipping policy" their page states that some of their items will ship from China. That being said, during the checkout process the page does not warn you at all where the particular item you intend to order will be shipping from. That is not a transparent way of doing business if your name is Keychron Germany. In my case, too, the product was prepared for shipment from China. Not wanting to pay VAT on top I canceled that order immediately as soon as I was sent the tracking code / shipping information. The reason why I still give them three stars is that they immediately confirmed and refunded me. Still disappointed though cause I really liked their M3 at the price I thought I'd pay.

They send everything from China, so you have to pay taxes upon receipt. Which is quite some money here in NL.
Worst company on the planet
Worst company on the planet. Don't buy from them. The support is rubbish, the quality of the keyboards is overrated and quite expansive. My experience was horrible, they sent me the wrong item and refused to exchange it. The only option they gave me was to send it back to China at my expense and be charged for both shipping and duties. No help whatsoever. On top of that, I had to pay a very high delivery charge, above the average for shipping from China. German site charges like 40 bucks to deliver in Switzerland, this is a robbery
