Keylink are specialist suppliers for chocolatiers, bakers, chefs and anyone working with chocolate. Whether you’re a budding chocolatier, a gelato aficionado, a seasoned baker or, you just fancy making some chocolate gifts for friends and family, we can help you to get up and running in no time.


Known initially for our imported, cream filled chocolates in the 1960s, we’ve been working with chocolate for quite some time! And while we no longer sell finished chocolates, we do supply a complete range of ingredients and décor products from some of Europe’s finest manufacturers and are now the premier supplier of chocolate, ingredients, equipment and packaging to the chocolate industry. We remain as passionate as ever about supplying high quality products with a large helping of great customer service!


We also understand that not everyone has years of experience working with chocolate ingredients, so that’s why we have a jam-packed Resources section, dedicated to helping and educating anyone working with chocolate and other sweet ingredients. Alongside this, you’ll find we also have a wealth of video content on our YouTube channel to help further educate and encourage anyone interested in chocolate!

We’re really sorry to hear that shipping costs to the Channel Islands have been disappointing – we completely understand how frustrating that can be.
Unfortunately, due to the additional handling and logistical requirements of delivering to non-mainland UK addresses, our courier charges are higher for those regions.
We always aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our delivery pricing and never profit from shipping fees.

Not eco friendly

Again I've received my very small order in a box 10 times the size it needs to be. The order (foil wraps) came triple wrapped in bubble wrap, with a lot of sellotape on. Copious amounts of packing paper to fill the void. If you send parcels like this, not only is it a waste of packaging materials, but it's taking up more space on the delivery vans, meaning more vans on the road - or a much slower service.
Do better!!
Oh, and I've complained several times and called you out on social media about this!

We sincerely appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration regarding the packaging used for your recent order.

For certain products, particularly foil, we take extra precautions to prevent any risk of creasing during transit. Based on past experience, these items are more prone to damage, which would require us to remake and resend the order. This not only causes delays and inconvenience but also increases CO₂ emissions from additional deliveries.

We do our best to balance protective packaging with sustainability, and while the packaging may sometimes seem excessive, it is chosen with the aim of ensuring your order arrives safely the first time. Where possible, we also use materials that can be reused or recycled.

We are continuously reviewing our packaging methods and will take your feedback on board as we work towards improving efficiency and reducing waste, without compromising product protection.

Great product and customer service, but delivery could be improved product quality was excellent and…

The product quality was excellent and the pricing was fair. However, delivery took two days due to my location in the Highlands, and I didn’t receive any tracking or confirmation until I contacted customer service directly. It would be great if Keylink considered an alternative delivery option for Highland customers, as DHL tends to be slow in this area. That said, customer service was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out.

Been buying from them since 2019 I believe. Usually competitive prices, even though I live in Italy the professional Belgian chocolate and many other products costs less than I would pay at home. I usually order before travelling to UK where half my family is, and bring everything back. Delivery always on time even when there's been a glitch (sent to old address by accident), they quickly solved at no extra cost.

There are no notifications after ordering, emails are not answered.

They have the worst personal account and customer notification system I have ever seen in all my 20 years of online shopping experience. I buy products in Europe through a drop ship company that does not inform me if the product has been delivered to their warehouse. I have to monitor this myself and track the delivery of goods using the tracking number. Notification that the order has been sent does not come either in the personal account or by mail, even though my e-mail address is indicated on the notification page. The order status changes to dispatched, but the tracking number is not added and simply does not exist, you do not know what is happening with the parcel. You send an e-mail to the support service and there is no answer either, then you have to call them, they say that they did not receive anything, this is some kind of nonsense. Why do other online stores receive everything and send notifications from them, but with yours there are such problems? Just wasted days waiting for any information or response from them. But on the positive side, I can say that they have the lowest prices in all of Europe for products for chocolatiers and pastry chefs, and fast delivery.
