i purchased Office 365 pro plus lifetime software. i received the link, instructions and key very quickly. I admit i missed one step and then couldn't log back into the account that had been setup. i have emailed them numerous times for help with getting new key / password but have only received an automated message twice saying my enquiry has been received and someone will be in contact but nothing. very disappointing after reading other reviews about how good the service was.

I lost Office 2019 in a hack of me email. Several friends got phishing emails. Thankfully no one sent money, gift cards. I have most issues fixed. I can't thank HiDirect enough for the help in getting Office installed

I have bought two keys from Keys Direct now, both have and are working fine. They were quite helpful when I made a typo in filling in my email address, because I kept a record of the order number etc. from the screen they were able to get me the key after I wrote them.

I was trying to upgrade my windows 10 home edition to windows 10 professional edition and I had one error. when I reported it they were right on it. I received an email from Hi with detailed instructions on how to overcome the error and finish my upgrade. The instructions were right on time and much more than I expected. I really appreciated the time and concern that Hi extended to me as a new customer.

Keys.Direct website is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Save your money and run quickly! I emailed them 7 times after my account stopped working and no response whatsoever!

Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus For 5 Devices, Lifetime PC / MAC stopped working after 8 months. now asking for renewal activation. Sent an email to support Keys.direct. They responded that they cannot do anything about my purchased product and sent me a replacement key good for 1 user Lic. The product was neither Lifetime or 5 User. Simply they do not stand behind the Licenses they sell to you.

Several months ago I ordered and paid for ($20) a copy of Microsoft Word. This company deposited my money, but never sent me what I ordered. I called them several times but they simply ignored me.

Is this company for real or did I just get taken by one of the many scams on the internet.

Bought a WORKING Windows 7 Ultimate license key for $15. Entered the key directly in the "Activate Windows Online Now" section of control panel and it gave error code 0x80072F8F at first, then clicked "Try another way to activate" and followed the phone method to activate - which worked to activate Windows. The key purchased at Keys.Direct worked. This is a valid site. Note: Windows should be installed completely before activating with the key. Activate through Control panel> System and security> System > Activate Windows > use phone method if it gives the error code.

I purchased Microsoft Home addition from keys.Direct and waited for the activation key and download link which was never provided. I contacted customer support and asked for the activation key and download link. I got a reply saying that I used a US address but the purchase was made in Frankfurt Germany. Although I understand the speculation I explained that I work at the Clay Kaserne Army Garrison. They still cancelled and gave me a refund without any further explanations. I think morons run the company. Do they not understand how many people work overseas that make online purchases. Keys.Buffoons should be their name

So I decided to buy a Windows 7 key (so i could access the iso on the microsoft website). So when I bought the key I got an email with the key and the link to download the iso file which was not official at all. Baring in mind it said on the page the iso is from the official Microsoft servers. So I emailed them saying that the Iso was not genuine and it was not from the Microsoft servers. They got back to me by swearing at me and telling me that i was blind because the iso was genuine apparently even though it wasn't from microsoft servers which they stated it was on the page that I bought it from. They refused to give me a refund so I opened a PayPal dispute and the website did not reply to the dispute so it got promoted to PayPal and PayPal managed to sort it out and I got my money back. DONT buy from this website!

Absolutely not the place to get your products unless you have extensive computer knowledge. I’ve worked with computers in my work as a engineer for 31 years. The support and direction thes people give have been useless to me. Do NOT recommend.
