I never booked a house or anything. Money stolen from me

I never booked a house or any additional services offered by this company.
I never signed any agreement, contract, or authorization of any kind.
I never conducted any business with this company whatsoever and I was charged 13,800. I have already reported this fraud to authorities. Be aware! Just like the other reviews on this page, dishonest company and scammers.

I would strongly warn others to stay…

I would strongly warn others to stay away from this company. They charged my credit card without my authorization. I never conducted any business with them, never booked anything, and absolutely never rented a house or apartment through them. This is extremely concerning and feels like fraud. Be very careful.

⚠️ Stay Away – Extremely Unreliable and Unprofessional (SCAMMERS)

This has been one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had.

A full month of work went completely unpaid. When the time came to settle payment, they refused and simply moved on as if nothing was owed. That kind of behavior speaks volumes about their ethics and how they operate.

This is not just unprofessional, it shows a complete disregard for basic fairness and responsibility.

Anyone considering working with them (Amy Nicholson and James De Suza) or trusting them with bookings should think very carefully, these two are the biggest scammers and fradusters on this planet earth, If they are willing to ignore their own payment obligations, it raises serious concerns about every aspect of how they run their business.

I would strongly advise others to stay away and protect themselves from these shits.

Do not use

These guys owe me nearly £1,000 for works carried out over a 3 day period, I spent my own money getting materials and travelling to sites all approved by Amy Nicholson and overseen by James De Souza. I have waited 3 weeks and sent emails almost daily asking for updates and a date that I will receive my money with no luck! These people don’t pay their contractors, they run the business as cheap as possible and couldn’t care less about their customers. Their properties are run down, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and definitely don’t do any work for them! Having to take them to court now

If you value basic hygiene and responsive customer service, look elsewhere!!!

My experience with 'The Keys Please' has been utterly unacceptable.

I booked two apartments for a stay and encountered numerous issues, primarily with cleanliness. Despite providing detailed feedback and photographic evidence of a dirty one-bedroom apartment and a filthy three-bedroom apartment, including issues like hair-covered carpets, stained furniture, thick dust-covered kitchen appliances and unhygienic bedding. My complaints were met with one reply follow by complete silence.

I've sent multiple follow-up emails over two months, each detailing the ongoing lack of response, yet I've received no resolution.

The complete lack of communication from 'The Keys Please' is disrespectful and unprofessional. I've been forced to escalate this matter with Booking.com and my bank, and I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company. Their disregard for customer concerns and failure to provide clean, habitable accommodations is deeply disappointing.

If you value basic hygiene and responsive customer service, look elsewhere!!!!!!! 'The Keys Please' has proven utterly unreliable and indifferent to their customers' experiences.

Scam Warning

Warning! Be very careful. They will do every dirty trick not to give your security deposit back. They made it an additional income. They won’t meet you on checkout and then they will create some damages and charge you 10 times more than the market price. I suggest not to get in business with them.

Scammers

Very unprofessional. But great scammers.

Was booking monthly with them.
Asked to prolong for another month, they were not responding for 2 weeks just to tell me later it's not available coz booked by the owner for another person.
Next few days it turned out they lost the contract with the owner. The guy told me they messed it and he'd prefer to keep me if he knew.
Now it's 3rd month I'm trying to get back my deposit. They are just ignoring me on Whatsapp.
Ah, they also tried to scam me in the last minute. Requested to pay for an apartment where I moved to, knowing they are losing the contract with the owner the same day.

She: Wow you didn’t get refund yet?!

That's outrageous.
Can it be settled tomorrow?
No responses, and only then I posted this review.

Today. Feb 4th, Morcel Ruwaida (their customer shame representative) contacted me IN CAPS that I'm damaging their business and "it was refunded to you by accounts from CBD bank on December 16th!!", hence "you do not have the write to post this review!"
"we have not done anything wrong with you"- except ignoring my messages about refund for 2 months.
Actually that was fun. I checked, and, of course, they never refunded me, not on 16th, not later.
She finally refunded later today, keeping on shouting at me to remove the review since the refund is done.
"Yes I told you it skipped me because accountant informed it’s refunded
You are damaging not only the business but also me as employee
Now you have the refund right?
And you still doesn’t want to remove it"

Well, maybe that's the point. These kind of "employees" should have no close proximity to the customer service, so I would rather do a favor to other tenants.

I keep all the screenshots from whatsapp just in case R would like to start disputing she wasn't ignoring me or anything.

Never ever make booking via this…

Never ever make booking via this dishonest company. They will still your money. It surprises me how much booking.com doesn’t value its reputation having them on board. Well, that says a lot about them as well.

Do not book anything via keys please

Do not book anything via this company!!! They just steal your money using the following scheme: your final price differes from what was announced initially. You cancel this placement immediately but the money they just don’t return. End of story.

This company is complete garbage

This company is complete garbage. I was going to rent an apartment through them. In order to give myself more time while organising the payment and to make a decision, the woman I was in contact with asked for an AED 8,000 deposit just to remove the listing so I don’t lose the apartment. The communication over the phone got even more sketchy, the price was one thing then it was another thing. Always changing. First there was an 10% deposit required, then there was no deposit and the apartment is much cheaper. The woman got even more desperate over the phone. After seeing the bad reviews and knowing that I was about to overpay for the apartment I decided not to go through with it. When I asked for the AED 8,000 to be returned, now she’s telling me it’s non-refundable and I can’t get it back. Meanwhile, before I didn’t know it was non-refundable I was told that I was paying to get it unlisted while preparing to make the payment. Crooks, Scammers and extremely unprofessional. Never book with these people.

Worse rental company in dubai .
They hire criminals as employees
They robbed me of my deposit claiming I smoked even though I did not and they have no proof other than their lying employees ,and they scream at you like you are working for them not a customer a rude employees with the name yuhan or yujan lied to his managers to get cover other charges from another unit and charged me a smoking fee which is not listed on their contract and no smoking fee is listed any where .
Their manager and owner are both Lebanese and we don’t have to say more than that they are well knows for scams .
I filled a complaint with dubai tourism department . They need ti be stopped please don’t rent from them . I will dispute my credit card charge and make sure I get my money back and I will sue them for making me miss my flight and delaying me.

Crooks! Rent nothing here..They promise a lot but do not deliver. Service is unbelievably bad!

Keep as far away as possible. Very unprofessional. Needs a lot of working doing on the property. It's a dump.

Firstly I would highly recommend staying away from this property/Company. The company who own this property does not seem to be professional at all, it is very difficult to contact them. The will never respond to emails unless they want money from you. They never answer there calls, they would rather text through WhatsApp.

The list could go on with the amount of problems this property had. Here is just some of the problems we had,

- There was blood on the bed sheet, not sure if they have been changed.
- There was pubic hairs on the bath.
- When we arrived we asked for bottled water but got that late on arrival as we had to sterilise bottles and make baby milk, we did inform them before hand and they did say yes it will be provided.
- Shower drain don’t take the water down very quickly, seems to be blocked.
- Feathers coming out of the pillow not safe environment for an infant.
- Balcony chair arm rest is broken.
- Bath accessories are chipped, Looks so much better In photo than reality.
- Apartment is not upto standard.
- Also apartment gets cleaned every 4 days that’s appalling especially with an infant as it’s meant to be a service apartment.
- The water takes 10-15minutes to warm up.
- You could leave extra towels and bedding especially for a 7 day stop.
- In master bedroom the curtain rail is hanging down.
- There is marks all over the wall in both bedrooms.
- There's random nails in wall.
- Cracks in all walls.
- Damp on bathroom ceilings.
- The windows look like they have never been cleaned and the balcony looked the same. You can see where all the dirt is.
- Above the cupboards in the kitchen it's full of dust. You can see all the dust on the wall.
- There was 1 roll of toilet paper for a 7 day stop between 4 Guests.
- On check in the Man who met us he said he will provide a cot free of charge. That never showed up.

On Check out no one was there to meet us to collect the keys so we had to leave and just left the keys in the apartment.

Highly unprofessional company. Keep as far away as possible.
