We received exactly what we ordered. We were happy with what we got. It was easy to order our exact measurements. The company came through as promised delivery came on the date. It was told everything is great. I would order from them again for my next canvas needs. We thought the item was actually better than we expected. They exceeded our expectations.

The curtains are robust & can take alot…

The curtains are robust & can take alot ob abuse from wind & doesn't allow rain to seep thru. The turnaround time is approximately 3 years because the hot Alabama sun hear breaks down the fabric & eventually tears apart. Ive purchase at least 30 % of re-orders depending on what side of the porch takes most of the south & western afternoon sunlight. Overall, the quality is good compared to other products with similar material.

A Big Upgrade

The cover is a BIG upgrade from the “sun sail” I used before. It’s waterproof and has handled two windstorms so far with no issues.

I bought a 13x16 ft lite blue sunshade…

I bought a 13x16 ft lite blue sunshade shade. I spent about $300.
The sun shade was waterproof but I had to pull it tight so the rain would not puddle and sag.
Every time it rained I had to lift up the sag to get the water off. That was such a pain. Finally after a little over a year and a good downpour the sunshade ripped like a sheet of paper. Kgorge said the sun shade was out of warranty and I could purchase another sunshade at a discount.
I went on Amazon and bought a 12x16 black and green tarp with grommets every 20 Inches. The (D) rings on the corners were heavily sown in Very strong. I paid $45.00 couldn't be happier. I would not recommend their waterproof sunshade. Waste of money. Poorly made

Our shade sails are custom-made to specified dimensions and designed to work within a particular installation setup. Because of this, achieving the right sizing, tension, and installation angle plays an important role in how the sail performs over time. Additionally, during severe weather conditions, we recommend temporarily removing the sail to help avoid potential damage.

It may also be helpful to note that fabric shade sails and tarp-style covers are designed for different purposes. Fabric shade sails are intended as tensioned structures that provide shade while integrating visually into outdoor spaces, whereas tarp-style materials are generally designed for direct coverage and utility use. Because of these differences, their performance can vary depending on the installation and conditions.

That said, we understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and truly appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback.

We’re always working to refine both our products and the guidance we provide, so they better support different outdoor setups and customer needs. We’ll also take your experience into consideration as we continue to expand and improve our product range.

Quality material and servide

KGorge has been very responsive in customer support. The canvas we received to use in covering a breezeway is high quality material and withstood a recent diluge of rain.
The only issue we have had is in the suggested measurements. We were encouraged to get a canvas 90% of our needed dimensions and it has been a little too small. And the canvas did not have enough gromets. We have made adjustments for both of these and are making it work.

I’m very pleased with my curtains

I’m very pleased with my curtains, tie back and weight holders. I sewed the weight holders to the bottom of each end of the curtains and put corn hole pouches in them. That works perfectly. The material is much better than I expected and the color is just as described. I ordered a custom size, which was easy to do. It was a pretty quick turnaround. Didn’t realize they were made and shipped from China but that wasn’t an issue. Quality work and material. I’d definitely recommend and order from them again.

Shelia was amazing

Shelia was amazing , she went above and beyond to help customize our project . The end result is our patio becoming something we never thought we’d have to enjoy during cold months here in the mountains of tennessee!!!

I compared so many PVC tarps before…

I compared so many PVC tarps before buying this, and KGorge’s new version easily beats the rest. The quality is noticeably higher the moment you unbox it. Feels sturdy, heavy-duty, and professionally made. Zero regrets.

Great curtains!

This is my 3rd set of curtains and I love them! They work in almost any arrangement. As you can see, I needed one to attach yo a beam on our patio. The bows are really cute!

Dark colors FADE VERY QUICKLY.

While the quality of craftsmanship for the curtains is good, the darker colors fade VERY quickly and then look terrible. I have mine hung around a hot tub and less than 3 weeks after hanging them, they are all terribly faded (and this is Fall weather in Tennessee, not Florida sun.) The exposed part of the folds is bleached out and the inner part of the fold is darker, so when they are opened, there are horrible, faded stripes throughout.
I notified the company and attached photos and they agreed that they are not fade resistant and offered to send me a set of light cream colored curtains. They really need to make a disclaimer that dark colors are NOT weather/sun fading resistant at all; even though they are advertised as outdoor curtains.

Additionally, we are gradually phasing out color options of standard outdoor curtains that have reported fading issues, and we remain committed to continuously improving our products to better meet our customers’ needs.

STAY AWAY! NO REFUNDS ALLOWED!

Stay away. They do not allow returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase! They don’t allow returns if the product is not damaged. It doesn’t matter if you are not happy with the product. I even offered to pay for the return, which I should not be responsible. They still didn’t allow a return. After I ordered, they sent an email saying they shipped my order, but the shipment never arrived. I called and they told me I needed to call USPS to check on my order. It was only after a fews days of them telling me nothing to resolve this issue I stated I wanted a refund if I didn’t get the order that they decided to ship it again. I got confirmation from the post office the first order was never received by them, and it was also confirmed by their own tracking number. This company tries to intentionally stall you in an effort to mislead you. The customer service representatives are incapable of resolving an issue. Customer Service on the telephone was nothing more than a live voice mail. They had no answers. They just said they would forward message. The customer service agent via email, Shelia, emailed me back and forth for three days about my return before finally saying they have a no return policy if the product is not damaged. They don't care if you feel the product was misrepresented and you are not satisfied.. She only told me about the no return after I continued to refuse a $30 partial refund on a $262.36 order. Why not tell me day one you have a no return policy. Again, they have very misleading and stalling tactics. I hate the quality of my curtains. The looked cheap. It's not what I expected, so I can't use them. They are much too thin. Not like they described. Yet, I am unable to return them. I didn't realize this when I purchased. This company is shady. This is why you can't find them or leave a review on Google. I will never purchase here again. This is by far the Worst company ever!!! Companies that don’t accept their own unused product back is very shady. Just stay away! Only shop with vendors that accept returns, because you can never really tell what you are getting when ordering online. Shop with vendors you can trust are transparent, honest, and want to earn satisfied customers not force people to keep their products because they don’t want it back.

Update: KGorge, you sent an email hours after you saw my negative review post. You were told not to contact me again if you were not offering a full refund. You conveniently left that part out! Why would I accept a $30 credit and let you keep $232.36 of my money for product I feel I was misled me to buy. If you want to be transparent, indicate on the checkout page that items are not returnable. That’s real transparency! Consumers don’t fall for their replies. I told no lies in my review!! STAY AWAY CONSUMERS!!

Great value

Great value. One thing I learned that may help you …. think twice about the option of waterproof sails. THEY REALLY ARE! And the pooling is a problem! Good product and will purchase again … but not waterproof!

We will re order

We ordered curtains, and there was a discrepancy. Ultimately we did receive a refund. We still believe the product to be good and plan to reorder curtains.

They are beautiful

They are beautiful, though not completely blackout, the royal blue is a bit different from the photos but I love the light grey and burgundy

Worst Company

This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased some curtains that weren’t going to work for my gazebo. I returned them as they came same package etc, after they received my returned package I waited for two months for refund, no luck so I file a complaint with PayPal, PayPal wasn’t much of a help either they informed me that I took too long to reply and some additional information was needed so case was closed. I opened a new case and here we are five months later and I still haven’t gotten my refund. I reached out to the company, and this was there reply, Dear customer,
Thank you for your mail and sorry for the inconvenience.
We checked and found the dispute over your order has been resolved, just the outcome of the dispute is in our favor.
But we will transfer the refund for you through PayPal.
Could you pls send us your Paypal Account?
We eagerly await your prompt response.

Kara thats a not true PayPal dispute was never in their favor then they want me to send my PayPal account info again don’t you have this info in your files…. Will be filing a complaint against this company after reading several reviews … should have done that before I Believe they just give you the running around till you get tired and they stay with your money and resold the item…
