Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money. After 6 weeks from signing the contract, 2 vans with 6 skilled installers came and did an amazing job. In day 1 they installed 9 ( 5 big windows and 4 smaller ) and 4 doors ( main, patio, kitchen and side door ) and finished level one so we could sleep. In day 2, 3 guys came and finished everything else they need to do to provide the quality they are known for. They even cleaned all windows and doors and vacuum all the areas they worked + they cleaned the outside of the house. When they left it was like nobody worked there. I totally recommend this company. You won't believe until you try it. Thanks for the installers ( very kind and willing to help with everything - pro guys ) and thank you Mr. Khalson and his son. 5 stars with greetings.

The worst company that exists.
The worst company that exists.
They installed composite and PVC doors.
Very bad installation, my wife wrote to complain because the door was installed so badly that it could not be repaired, should be replaced with a new one and the company lied and did everything to blame us.
All problems were reported from the beginning, and the company continues to avoid responsibility.
We even have problems with PVC doors, and no one came to repair them despite numerous reports.
This company is a scam, they have poor employees and the director is not honest.

Very disappointing company
Not a professional company
Unqualified workers
They installed a composite front door in my house, they installed it very badly, you had to push it with your whole body to open it, it was not tight. The foam used to seal the door frame lifted the wooden floor that I have in the living room, they cut the internet cable even though I had previously informed them where it was. They smeared the wooden strips around the door frame with silicone, and where the silicone should have been, there were missing spots and there was too little silicone, right now it looks as it the whole door frame was dirty. Anyone who knows how to paint a wooden door frame with silicone on it will understand me. I called many times, wrote messages for many months, they said that over time the door would open better, nothing of the sort happened. The door damaged the lower gasket and crushed the smoke seal and the owner of the company was very unpleasant to me. I started contacting citizen advice because they stopped caring about the problem and I didn't know what to do. With the help of citizen advice I sent several letters which they also ignored. After some time, I gave them a bad review and they responded, promising to repair or replace the door if I removed the bad review (my mistake that I removed it soon). They tore the foam out from under the door frame by force, bent it, changed the lower gasket to a cheap quality one (definitely not original) which is already damaged because the door constantly rubs against it. The door is not airtight and when it is a bit warmer it is very difficult to close it. Once my daughter had to leave the house open for many hours because she was not able to close it. The door frame is damaged, the screws that hold it are sealed with silicone because the holes under the screws are too big. The door doesn't work properly and the company doesn't take responsibility for its actions.
Don't trust good feedback because it can't come from customers.
I'm disappointed, I chose this company because they were the cheapest, pay a little more and find someone else. Save your health and your family's. After reviewing your feedback, we have determined that several of the claims in your recent review were inaccurate.
You first mention that you must use your whole body to open the door as it was not tight. The original sentence is unclear and contradictory. It states that the door "was not tight," but then also mentions needing to use your whole body to open it, which implies the door was too tight. This is confusing and does not make logical sense.
You mention that the expanding foam used to seal your door frame has allegedly lifted the laminate flooring in your living room. If this was a genuine issue, it's unclear why it was not raised during or immediately after the installation process, which occurred over a year ago.
You claim the internet cable was cut during installation, yet you never reported this issue until a year later, only in this review. If the cable was indeed damaged, you should have notified us immediately so we could have either covered the repair costs or deducted them from your final balance.
You were under the impression that the door frame was not level. To demonstrate this, you sent us a 2-minute video showing a slight movement in the flame of a lighter held around the door frame. Based on your findings, you requested that we replace the door.
To address your concerns, we sent our installer to assess the door while you were present at the property. Despite the installer's experience and expertise, you disregarded their findings and continued to insist that the door was not level, not allowing them to explain or show you the results. To resolve the issue, our installer decided to remove and reinstall the door in your presence, proving that it is indeed level.
A few months later, you contacted us again, this time stating that you could not lock the door. Due to the way you had spoken to and treated our previous installers, they declined to revisit your property, we had to send the installation manager to investigate the issue. Upon inspection, the manager found no problem with the door and easily opened and closed it. He explained that you were not lifting the handle all the way up, preventing the locking mechanism from fully engaging. Recognising you may lack the strength to operate the door, the manager offered to slightly loosen it, making it easier for you to use. You accepted this adjustment, and the issue was resolved.
A few months later, you contact us stating that the door was now too loose. This time, you had requested a new composite door and frame.
At our company, the customer is our top priority. Whenever our team causes damage or there is a manufacturing problem, we work to resolve the issue and replace the affected items. In this particular case, we have visited your home over three times and addressed each problem to your satisfaction.
Even though we have exceeded the requirements in addressing your requests, you persist in raising new concerns that were never brought up during the installation process or at any point afterward, especially in this latest review.
Your claims that our reviews are fake are ironic, given that you have coerced two people to leave fake reviews on our page, one of which has already been removed by TrustPilot. We're unsure of your motivations, as you are raising concerns a year later and posting multiple reviews, seemingly in an attempt to receive a new front door. However, we will not be bullied into fulfilling such a request. Even if we agreed to replace your front door, at this point we would decline, as we believe you would never be satisfied, leading to a continuous cycle that would never end. Given your behaviour towards our staff and the way you have spoken to our team, we have no desire to do business with you again.
While you have expressed concerns about the professionalism and qualifications of our installers, we can assure you that our team is highly skilled and experienced.

Amazing friendly company highly recommend
Was unsure which window company to have, we needed our front door changed and remodel our patio door's
Couldn't have picked a better company in Khalsons, once finished, we then decided to have the rest of the house, all the windows replaced,
There workers are very professional, clean & tidy, left the house cleaner than when they started,
Price was very reasonable. Glad I didn't go with cheapest quote, which was only a few hundred more with Khalsons

Khalid provided me with UPVC windows, aluminium bi-folding door, aluminium front door, aluminium 5 pane sky light and UPVC back door. I can say that he went above and beyond. If there was an issue I like the way that he personally was on hand to fix the problem asap. Khalid is very approachable and solution driven. Khalsons is definitely competitively priced compared to others in the market and still provided a discount on the overall price. In terms of the quality of the goods they are of a very high quality and look absolutely beautiful. The installation team were also were friendly.

Great service and top quality products
Really happy with the service from Khalsons. We had 7 windows, a back door and a conservatory fitted in 2 days, to a high standard. The windows are off a high quality
The windows are off a high quality, I'm very pleased with them.
The fitters were very polite, diligent and hardworking. They did a really good job of tiding up after themselves and took all the rubbish with them.
The manager was very easy to get hold of, and responded to any queries quickly.
I would definitely recommend them, but I would hold back on paying the full amount until the whole job was finished. My error. But the little they had left to finish, was completed in a month.
