KH Hair Nottingham Avis 

I called in for a simple fringe trim. I was in West Bridgford and called in (which is a thing I always do in the Beeston branch who always oblige and don’t charge even if I have to wait 10 mins) . At West Bridgford branch, were no customers, a member of staff sat at the reception who is an stylish and a stylist drinking coffee at the back. I was told they simply couldn’t fit me in as they were fully booked ??? Was it so difficult to do something that literally takes 3 minutes ? I stopped going to that branch a while ago as they were so inflexible and unhelpful. I guess they haven’t changed

I’ve been a regular at the salon for quite some time, but this visit was a little different as I decided to have a Nothing 2 See hair piece fitted. I booked in with Catherine, who isn’t my usual stylist, she immediately put me at ease.

I started with a cut and finish, and then the hair piece was expertly colour matched, fitted perfectly, cut to blend seamlessly with my own hair. Catherine was absolutely fantastic, my hair looks and feels incredible.

It’s definitely my little secret weapon, I’d highly recommend it to anyone with fine hair who’s looking for an extra boost of confidence.

Avoid This Salon at All Costs!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. I entrusted my hair to a so-called “master stylist” named Gemima, who completely destroyed it. I requested a blonde dye job, but instead, my hair was severely damaged—burned to the point that it started falling out.

When I returned to seek help, I was met with zero accountability. Instead of offering a solution, the staff blamed me for the damage, and the manager was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is shocking.

If you value your hair and want to avoid a disaster, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This salon does not deserve your trust or your money.

Always a pleasure to catch up with the lovely people at KH in Arnold and get my hair cut. Amelia is amazing, a brilliant hairdresser who clearly takes pride in her work. My hair looks fantastic and I feel great.

After my girlfriend raised a small issue with being slightly disappointed that the hair colour she was given not really being as described, the manager behaved in a manner that can arguably be described as threatening, and detained her in the store until she paid in full. This is illegal.

This occurred on the 8th of July in the long eaton branch.

I asked for a cut and color; a young lady did her best but ended up with my hair having reddish tonage which I did not like at all. They called up the "manager" of the saloon to "discuss" the issue. The poor insecure manager thought I am not gonna pay for my hair, he shouted at me and was trembling timidiously, instead of "discussing" the issue as he was supposed to, or at least trying to rectify the issue. He shouted while constantly claiming that everyone s here has a qualification! We have 40 years experience ! (as if my problem was they were not qualified! Or inexperience) -although they were-
All in all, improfessional therefore insecured, with poor or no management strategies.
Please take care of your time and money, and do not just walk in any saloon you see, the mistake I did.

They took their time to get my hair right and cut and coloured it as I asked.

I've been to Amber once before over a year ago and she seemed to remember exactly who I was which was very refreshing. Such a lovely girl and would recommend (and have done) to other friends of mine. Felt like I was having 5 star service with her, made me feel comfortable and felt like she was genuinely interested and cared about the result of my hair - she seemed honestly invested, rather than other stylists I've been to.
Just like the first time around, she worked with me (rather than letting myself decide) what would be the best option for my hair, gave me some good advice for going forward, and tailored the service to my hair type (being dyed red). Having only gone in for a cut and blow dry, she left me walking out genuinely gobsmacked as I felt like I was rocking my hair. She shaped the front perfectly to frame my face. Such a friendly atmosphere, my hair was BEAUTIFUL - I could never make my hair look how she did. As a student as well, I went on a Monday and got student discount... and for £46, I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone - was entirely worth the money and I will be going back. She made me feel like a princess.

got a treat of the the other half to get my hair done at this fabulous place. absolutely over the moon - magnificent salon... bit pricey of course but its the star treatment you get - you truly feel a million dollars. thanks guys - will be back again when the other half is generous again haha xx
