Very impressed by these heaters - they are around 3 or 4 times cheaper to run than my current electric wall mounted heaters, and get warm in a minutes not hours! Great product.

Items arrived well-packaged and in first class condition.
I am delighted with the panel itself - it provides a controllable level of heat.
I was also pleased to find that the panel can be controlled via Alexa, allowing timed on/ off throughout the day and night.

Communication and Service- Excellent
Communication and service from day one was excellent. Delivery was on time and as stated. We did have an issue with a broken stand but this was rectified immediately when reported and without question. the heater is excellent and does what it says on the tin.
Can’t praise these guys enough

Outstanding Service
We are new to IR panels and just took a chance on trying them. We ordered one and were so impressed with it that we sent for a second one. It arrived swiftly on the Monday. We were missing a part for this second one and emailed Kiasa support straight away. An email reply was received within an hour informing us that the part was being shipped. We received it the very next day. Both panels are installed and working well. Great customer service!

From the very start of the process looking into heating for our gym Kiasas fantastic customer service shone through and made it an easy choice for me.
Kam came out with a member of his team, took time to ask me questions and figure out exactly what we needed. He went away and quickly came back to me with a quote and layout.
I placed the order and on the same day the heaters were delivered! I had an electrician come in who they helpfully sent over wiring diagrams for.
After the installation Kam & team again came to visit and help us get the app set up and made sure I understood the running procedures.
Lastly the heaters work great and our members have commented not only how well they work but how slick they look. Aesthetics were always a concern for us with heating but these really do look great.
Honestly I couldn't recommend them more as a company to deal with and their products.

Infrared picture panel heaters
Excellent infrared picture panels with next day delivers, easy to fit and stunning to look at. The smart plug is a bonus that works amazingly well, I wanted a second plug and the customer after service is top class.

Happy customers
we are super happy with the product. We were a bit septic at the biggining. We did some research and we just give it a go. Our flat is completely electric so save money is essentially the reason we went for those. We couldn't believe our onw eyes when we compered the bills from past years. We are absolutely delighted with ilthe product. Also they don't take long to heat the room so super fast and efficient. When the times come. We will buy again forbthe leaving room and kitchen. Support and customer service absolutely excellent. We are a happy customer indeed.

An IR panel at a great price that looks to be genuinely recyclable
Very good customer service and an IR Panel at a good price which looks like it's genuinely easy to recycle (eventually) which should be crucial with anything we use.

Fitting heater is easy and straightforward, everything works as it should, I have mine installed in the bathroom. Instant heat can be noticed after couple of minutes. Remote cotroll works smoothly as well as Android app. Definitely recommend.
