Very impressed by these heaters - they are around 3 or 4 times cheaper to run than my current electric wall mounted heaters, and get warm in a minutes not hours! Great product.

Customer service has been excellent, a problem developed with one of our panels and this was resolved very quickly.
We’ll be purchasing two more panels later this year.

I recently purchased the Kiasa Picture Panel Heater (Lake One) with Smart Plug, and I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s incredibly easy to operate – literally plug and play. Great product and great customer…
Great product and great customer service. Purchased the 2.4Mw patio heater but it was delivered with a crossed thread on one of the butterfly nuts. Contated via email and a replacement set of mounting screws was sent out. Received two days later.

Amazing Product
We order this product while at the Ideal home show.delivery was 48 hours in time for our trip away in our caravan and now we get to sit outside for longer because of this product.
The only thing was we left the remote at home and you can't turn in on by hand but that wasn't a problem I downloaded the smartlife app and added the pr9duct to that and now we can do what evr we need through the wifi link.
We are currently outside enjoying this product at the moment down in dorest

Great service and product support
I've had an issue with WIFI connection with my 2nd heater. I send a WhatsApp and they call me back in 5 mins and offered to collect the heater if Kam can't fix it over the phone. Kam got my system working after I have struggled over a year. What great service and support. Love your products. Thanks Kam and Ava.

Quality infrared heaters and great service
I have purchased several infrared heat bars from Kiasa. The heaters are well-made, easy to install and perform just as well as the company suggests. Delivery is always rapid, even to Northern Ireland which is a problem for some other companies. I have contacted Customer Service a couple of times - their response is invariably helpful and quick. No hesitation in recommending Kiasa.

Great people and brilliant products. They are just SUCH helpful people. I've now bought a total of 6 of their infrared heating panels, plus controls. Smart panels wifi…
I purchased 3 smart panels wifi 1x350W and 2x450W for heating the converted garage play room for our cats and for a cattery for our boy cat. Communication was ok via email and by phone. Next winter time will see the productivity of this.
Couldn't be more helpful and advisable. Highly recommended

When purchasing our infrared heater we were looking for a quality unit with good efficiency, so contacted Kiasa for some advice before making a purchase.
The team were very friendly and helpful and gave us the information needed to pick the best heater for our needs.
When we ordered the heater it arrived quickly and was well packaged, and we found it to be a great quality unit with lots of useful functions. Suffice to say we're very happy with our purchase and the assistance offered by the Kiasa team, and we're enjoying the extra warmth!

infrared panel heater
we purchased a panel heater and it is amazing. it has made such a difference to a cold ,damp bathroom with limited space.
we had a small issue with the panel, Kiasa responded to me within 30 minutes !!
panel has been replaced, no quibbles. fabulous personal customer services, makes such a refreshing change. would highly recommend the company and product.
