Ordered my grandson a Mercedes G wagon ride on car,Parcelforce lost the first one emailed kiddies motors they were very helpful and sent out another one which arrived promptly the next day . The car is amazing great quality even got personalised plates at no extra cost. My grandson loved it would definitely recommend.

Product had to be returned due to a fault. Agreeably this could happen to any company but if was the poor way it was handled that is disappointing.

Delivery was quick but product arrived with dents on the front a bubbles within the stickers reducing the overall finish quality.

Stickers for mirror and back window imitation had bubbles in. They were also not placed within the space provided making the overall finish very poor.

It’s bad experience to kiddies motors, no option to cancel the order and return policy is not good.

To see my child so happy when he got the car he chose Mclaren 765lt was great and kiddie motors had plenty of knowledge and advice great service.

From the moment I contacted Nazam, he was extremely courteous and talked me through all the options available for both my boys. I later visited the store and Nazam went above and beyond in terms of customer service and also helped me get the box in to my car (it was huge!). Once I started to build the car there was a part missing, I contacted Nazam and he immediately sent out the new part and personalised number plates. The car is great quality and at a really good price in comparison to other retailers. I would highly recommend this store to anyone considering buying an electric car for their kids.

Five star I bought a ride on for my little boys and had a slight problem a couple of months later and the store dealt with it straight away wouldn’t have even noticed that it needed fixing. That’s how quick it got fixed. Thank you very much will definitely buy again.

i bought a police car for my nephew from here and he loved it as it was a present so i wanted it to be wrapped but even t they don't provide services with wrapping they still helped me to wrap such a big box, all the staff there were so kind and polite, and they have amazing collection of electric ride on, you can take your child there and they can try it.
