Scammed.

Purchased a car seat. Showed delivered by “ups” but the photo was very tiny, clearly not a car seat. No customer service and the website disappeared. Disputed with my bank.

Scammer! Address changed with carrier the day of expected delivery. Sent to a city 3 hours away. Business won't accept emails and website store is now gone.

Following an order placed with Kids Eye Candy, the merchant was unresponsive to multiple support inquiries regarding order status. A tracking number was eventually provided; however, carrier records confirm the package was delivered to an incorrect address and associated with an unfamiliar name and phone number (matching only the destination city). Furthermore, carrier documentation shows a package weight and physical dimensions drastically below the manufacturer's specifications for the ordered stroller. The merchant remains unreachable. Formal complaints have been lodged with the BBB, FTC, and FBI.

Ordered on the 5th December. No communication what so ever. Doesn’t ship my order until the 19th. 5 days before Christmas. Now it’s delayed. Ruined my son’s Christmas.

Firstly, I highly recommend everyone file a complaint with the FTC and your Attorney General with this company. Hopefully enough of us can get this company shut down. Their parent Company is Global Tier Industries LLC out of NYC. Secondly, Do not make the same mistake as others, They are a predatory company specializing in bait and switch practices. We ordered a 24V 4WD Buggy and received a 12V 2WD Buggy meant for a child have the size of what was advertised. They refuse to respond to any communication requests and I've had to escalate through PayPal in hopes of getting my money back. Please heed everyone's advice on here and do not make the same mistake as others. I am making several attempts through different services and agencies to get them removed and hopefully save others from this terrible scam.

I should have read these reviews first. Ordered an A032 ride on toy for $544 and received a SMG-4072 cheap knock off worth $302 (not even sold by KEC). Tried email, "live chat", and phone calls to remedy the situation. Got no response at all. Finally filed and won a dispute through credit card company resulting in a full refund and keeping "knock off" product.

Company is a complete scam, false advertising bait and switch… I will be suing them anyone else who would like to get involved contact me quickly. Can’t hurt. Mercedes Benz 549.00 car … knock off arrived worth $249.00. What pieces of trash, they relay on people giving up and not having the resources to hold them accountable !! But I do and I will, JUDGES HATE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR…. HATE IT.

This store is a scam! They do not carry the products they advertise and you really have to fight for a refund

Horrible horrible experience. Customer service does not exist at all. I wrote few emails no response. Car bed came in with European DC plugs that does not fit here in US. Half of the lights are not working, another half not even sure how to connect. Assembling instructions were very limited, found a YouTube video which does not show any light diagrams as well. Kind of figure it our yourself. Quality very poor. Some things peeling already some broken already. Would never purchase from this website ever again.

Please don’t buy from this company. We ordered a Mack truck for around 600$ and received a knock off that retails for about 200$. We contacted them and after weeks we finally heard back. They sent us a return shipping label which we used and got confirmation stating someone received and signed for the return. They informed us they never got the returned item, and then completely ghosted us. So we don’t have a Mack truck nor do we have our 600$. And they will not return any call or emails.

I ordered a $589.00 Mack Ride-On truck for my son on 8/7/23. I received a $200.00 Freightliner Coronado SD Ride-On truck on 8/11/23. I notified the company and they finally sent me a shipping label after about a 2 week delay. I didn't realize that the shipping label they sent me was not correct (it was in someone else's name and address). After I shipped the product back and had not heard from them I asked them what the status was on the return. They asked me for proof the product shipped as they had not seen it in their warehouse. I provided them with the tracking number from the shipping label they sent me (that has the tracking number on it). That was on 9/22/23. I have followed up 3 times since them with an email and have heard nothing back. They don't pick up the phone or respond no matter what method i reach out to them with. $589.00 is a lot of money. Their customer service is just terrible.
