My senior dog got severe abdominal pain…

My senior dog got severe abdominal pain and was vomiting for days. He had to go to the urgent care and receive an injection for nausea and iv fluids. If you are thinking of switching your dog to this food, please don’t! It’s dangerous.

My 5 month old white Chihuahua puppy will not eat your white fish kibble for white junior dogs. What can I add or do to encourage my pup to try your kibble? I was so looking forward to using your product to help keep

Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear your puppy isn’t taking to the White Fish Junior kibble right away.

You could try adding one of our wet food toppers or a little bit of warm water to enhance the aroma and make it more appealing. If that doesn’t help, you might consider trying a different protein source, such as our Salmon formula, which some dogs find more enticing.

I still haven’t receive my order that was placed on August l was told it was going to be shipped on August 23rd and I’m still waiting what is going on!

I can’t change my subscription without…

I can’t change my subscription without emailing the company. Wet food is out of stock. So far the one white dog with the tear stains doesn’t like your kibble.

This company has excellent customer service for answering any questions you may have ! I feel the prices are extremely reasonable! I love having my dogs food on autoship and they deliver very quickly

When I adopted my Siberian Husky he was already on the food for light and white coat fur ! I love it ! It. It keeps his fur nice and shiny ! He also loves the treats as well ! I want to begin the transition of the adult food for him ! It agrees very well with his digestive system !

The product came as described very…

The product came as described very quickly, but it didn’t give me a chance to change the shipping address away from the billing address and when I contacted customer support to change the shipping address, they referred me to Amazon, but I didn’t make the purchase on Amazon so I had to go pick it up at a different house

I ordered the salmon

I ordered the salmon, my dog did not like it , so I ordered the white fish which he will eat sometimes and it came in 2 days. It hasn’t taken care of his allgeries yet or his eyes, but am still trying to see if it works .

My Bichon Frise Loves the Salmon

My bichon frise has eaten this food his entire life - specifically the Salmon small kibble in the 22 lb. size. It does a good job reducing brown discoloration under his eyes and he tolerates the food very well. I found out about this food from my dog breeder - my dog is one of the grandchildren of Misoko of Tauro Kennels. Only problem with this food is it's currently sold out and we need it. Now. Hope this isn't a recurring problem.
