A positive experience
The kilt, a black five yard, arrived promptly. The quality and fit were good but I had made a mistake on my measurements (too short). I emailed the company on a Saturday and their response was quick, within two hours, and positive. The issue was resolved and a replacement shipped.

Terrible
Very poor quality materials used for all the products. Incorrect sizes arrived. Also very poorly made. And another thing which doesn't sit well, this company is dissolved on companies house (GOV.UK), they have a USA address on their website but a UK phone number. I am wondering how can you pay your taxes on a dissolved company? But still trade in very poor quality goods?

WATCH OUT - DON'T BUY FROM THIS TRADER.
I ordered a kilt with some accessories. Goods were shipped from Pakistan which resulted in an additional charge for customs clearance, paid by myself. On arrival, I found the quality of the kilt material to be very poor and asked to return the goods. After several email exchanges, I was given an address to return my purchase. I arranged shipment, at a further cost to myself. When the goods arrived in Pakistan the company refused to accept them. Following a few emails, I was told that they "are dealing with it". Eventually the courier contacted me asking to return at a further charge or destroy the parcel. Shipping and customs charges are almost as much as the goods ordered! Very poor quality of goods and terrible customer service.

A great service and product... after I ordered the wrong size they soon sorted my order for me and it was delivered as expected, very pleased with it and I am going to look great !

Nice kilts bad packaging
Kilt fits great and tartan is true to what the website shows as some vary.
However, kilt came so poorly packaged in mailer bag all the pleats needed pressing to make it look like presentable before wearing

A great range of kilts at really…
A great range of kilts at really fantastic prices. Being only 5ft4, I really appreciate being able to give all my individual sizes to, as standard kilts would just be too long for me. The 24/7 help line is also bang on, I've used this several times. I must have bought almost half a dozen kilts from this company now. Mr Silverthorn, UK.
