Quality of goods are very low standard and not as advertised.
Waited 3 weeks for delivery!
Returns are unreasonably expensive to their warehouse in China. Additional charges are imposd for restocking?!

Dress I ordered looked so nice and very good quality in the pictures. Nothing like the picture in person the material feels and looks so cheap and not good quality at all. Also need to pay £20 to return it when I was £30 for the dress down from £50. Not even going to bother returning it to get a tenner back. I’m going to either put it to charity or cut it up for materials at the nursery I work at. Not even going to bother trying to sell it on Vinted. The tracking information wasn’t easy to understand and when I emailed I got no I ND information at all other than it will come on time but I didn’t even know when that was.

Wanted a pair of mules for quick dashes outside and impulsively clicked on the 10% discount [ON A SECOND PAIR!] It took almost 2 weeks for them to be delivered. The price of the clogs wasn’t too suspiciously low.

The shoes are SHIPPED FROM China. While there was a suggestion this site was UK based, that is NOT TRUE. The ‘We only serve UK customers. We are a UK-focused brand, dedicated to serving customers across the United Kingdom’ IS A PLOY, A SCAM. I see this and assume, ‘ok, it’s UK based’. Silly me! NO, the company is not in the UK! If there was, it would be possible for returns to be made in the UK!

The mules are such low quality and design. Primark shoes are better that these!!! The mules are not at all like the photos on the website because in reality the uppers only come barely half way along the soles, hardly enough to support the foot and keep the shoe on as I walk. The bed of the insole hasn't got the stitching that the website photo has and is virtually flat, without curved edges or form and is lined in a cheap, flimsy fabric.

There would be NO point in returning the shoes, BECAUSE they'd have to go back to their China warehouse [stated on the website], not to somewhere in the UK. OF COURSE, it’s no hassle to make a return! Postage cost would be prohibitive and cost more than the shoes are worth.

I ordered a dress online, careful to read the size guide so I could get one slightly larger and tailor accordingly. Albeit very well put together, it arrived about 4 sizes too small. Either their website information was incorrect or their producer did it to the wrong size. I informed them. As appears to be the norm with unethical companies, they said I could keep the product and pay for postage for a new order (of course that could arrive the wrong size too), or I send it back and pay 20 percent warehouse restock fee and postage fee before being reimbursed. They also advised that there could be a risk of it not arriving in China safely in which case no refund would be made. So basically, it is a money drain. PAY PAY PAY for not delivering a product. They took no responsibility for sending a faulty garment in the first place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Feels more like a scam than a professional retailer.

1. Website suggests it’s UK based, but it’s not.
2. Delivery is shockingly slow (3 weeks).
3. Product comes from China and is poor quality.
4. You have to pay postage to China for any hope of a refund AND they have the audacity to charge a 15% restocking charge.

DO NOT BUY. Charge restocking fees and make you pay costly return fees on top. Would not recommend.

Do NOT buy from Kimberley Benn. I ordered and paid £35 for some trainers. A pair of cheap and poor quality (threads were coming undone) trainers in a completely different size (way too small) duly arrived. Having failed miserably to fulfil their side of the bargain Kimberley Benn now want me not only to pay to send the trainers back but they also want me to pay a $20 restocking fee (whatever that is). I don’t know whether the people behind all this are just terrible retailers or fraudsters. Sometimes life is just too short. I am walking away from this. I wish I had read these reviews before buying. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. Move on and buy somewhere - anywhere - else.

I HAVE EMAILED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES REGARDING THE ISSUE ASKING FOR A RETURN AND ALSO TO COMPLAIN REGARDING THE QUALITY! THEY ARE LITERALLY PLASTIC AND HAVE AREAS FALLING APART ON THEM WITH STITCHING LOOSE. THEY OFFERED TO SEND ME A NEW PAIR THE CORRECT SIZE BUT TOLD ME I MUST PAY 25 POUNDS SHIPPING FEE BECAUSE THEY COME FROM CHINA!!!! I DECLINED AND STATED I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY TO CORRECT A MISTAKE THEY HAVE MADE!! THEY THEN OFFERED ME A RETURN BUT SAID ITS AT MY EXPENSE AND WILL DEDUCT A 30 POUNDS RESTOCK FEE!!! IVE ASKED FOR THE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE TO BE TOLD THEY DONT UNDERSTAND… ITS A SCAM PLEASE PLESSE AVOID

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company .Doesnt look like you are ordering from a Chinese company , dress I received doesn’t look anything like the one I ordered . Material style shocking . I won’t be conned like this again ! Very angry 😡

If I could give less i would. Item received 3 weeks after ordering and bares no resemblance to what I ordered. Currently in a email war trying to get a refund. They are asking me to choose a replacement and just pay shipping 🤣. What reason could I possibly have to give them more money. Absolute sham of a company. Unfortunately more of these companies are popping up with UK website addresses to scam people.

Very bad product and very bad customer service. The quality of the item was extremely poor, not as described on the website. The website is fake, do not buy from it. It claims to be UK based, but returns are to Asia with a high shipping fee and restocking fee of 20 dollars when returning and no guarantee they will recieve the product and refund the money. A huge scam. Please avoid.

Sent cheap fake version of advertised dress. Different colours, fit and material. I wouldn’t normally buy from a provider I don’t know but was reassured by a 30 day money back guarantee. However they refuse to honour that 30 day money back guarantee, saying they will take a £20 fee from the initial £40 price paid. Do not trust company. Fake/scam.

Do not use this company. The dress I ordered was too small and the fabric flimsy and poor quality. The phone number does not work and my email was returned to say that the recipient’s server was not responding.
Complete waste of money and time.

The item I received was misdescribed and poor quality. The parcel came from the UK, yet the company insists returns must go to Asia at my cost plus a $20 restocking fee. No return address has been provided.

Their website lists three different business locations (USA, China, UK), and the product photos appear AI‑generated.

My experience suggests misleading advertising and refusal to follow UK consumer law.
