When the worst day comes it is so special to have the support of great people to make the pain a little easier - Sally is one of those people - so kind, caring and compassionate. I could not recommend her service strongly enough.

We could not have received a kinder and more emphatic service, this lady goes above and beyond at a terribly sad time of your lives, she is so caring and understanding and she actually takes the time to know all about you and your pet which means so much, thank you keep being you, its amazing!

The worst day I could imagine was made so much easier by Sally and Kind. From collection to coming back home Lou Lou eas treated with love kindness and respect. Sally was amazing and the whole process was so smoothly completed. You are able to contact someone at kind to talk about your loss.

I can’t express with words, how much Kind funeral service has been exceptional, compassion and so much empathy with everything they did. We lost Marley, and Sally was helping to organise cremation, her voice and advice was give me a comfort in difficult times. Paul who came to collect Marley , found a time to have a cup of tea with me , that what I needed, someone who will be with me . Paul wanted to know about Marley, and we laughed as Marley was a bit a character…..everything what Kind funeral service did for Marley and us was very personal , with care , love and understanding how much our beloved “son” meant to us.

A sensitive , responsive and compassionate service - it was such a harrowing time losing Dave our beloved greyhound but Kind Funerals walked us through it, making a difficult decision more easy to bear.

Sally was so compassionate, caring and it was a wonderful place to lay my little Bentley to rest next to his friend Loki. Kind Funerals is very accommodating and offer a great service, taking care of everything even vet collection when the worst happens. I am very grateful.

We recently had to say goodbye to our dear Groodle, Sebastian. At almost 13 years old it was his time to go to sleep for the last time.

We engaged the services of a company to arrange a Dr to visit home, give Sebastian a hand in the most compassionate way and take him to rest.

Kind Funerals receive our boy and I had call from Sally to say she had received Sebastian and he was now on their kind hands.

He’d arrived safely and will continue to be loved.

Our experience through a very difficult time was made easier by having an ear to listen and care.

The after care service, for us, has been nothing but kind and sincere.

We cannot thank Sally and her team enough and if the sad time comes would 150% recommend.

No one wants to go through the process of losing a beloved pet, but if the time comes again Sally will be our first call.

The kindness offered from booking for our Rusty to be collected after he’d passed, with messages of support, to a hug and kind words when Sally came to collect him and again when he came home, were beyond expectations.

Sally is the kindest soul, and that reflects in her service and the name of the business and world needs more Kindness like this in it.

So.. I knew my 18 yr old cat was sick. My vet couldn’t accommodate so kind funerals sent Robert from Kent to Southampton . He was amazing . Took my girl to kind funerals . The package I got back from my lovely girl was amazing ! Thank you Paul for bringing her home. You guys are amazing !!!!

Not the best time in our lives , and in the nicest possible was wish I'd not had to use this service, But that said it was absolutely flawless from start to finish, Sally was the most kind and caring "business owner " Ive ever had dealings with , she text me updates day & night , times frames were stuck to , Such a quick turnaround , Bentley was returned home where he belonged within the week .
Couldn't of asked for more from Sally . Absolutely made a terrible thing easier for us.

Absolutely 10 stars. A relative's dog died and they didnt feel able to handle the cremation so i contacted Kind and they were honestly outstanding. VERY quick and understanding, so pleased with their help its been top tier

We've used the company 3 times and will also do so going forward every time as everyone involved is super empathetic and take the time to show respect and care no matter the animal involved myself and my wife care for domesticated rats and the team always ask about them and remembered the previous baby's when we've had to use there services again.

Kind funerals were amazing. They handled everything for me with such empathy and compassion. I would highly recommend them for what is an extremely upsetting and heartbreaking time for anyone
