Kindred Press Avis

Not only is the finished product (personalized comic book) a great concept and an amazing gift to give, but their customer service is on point. Thank you so much for your unique gifts! I will definitely be ordering more for other people for Christmas.

My experience with kindred press was great. The artwork is wonderful. The different options for different stories is great. And you get your product in a timely manner and it came in great shape. And the fact that they keep you informed during the step-by-step process so you can change things that you don't like in the process is wonderful too. I've gotten a few emails from some of their staff and they all seem very polite and kind and really care about this product. I would highly recommend using kindred press.

The response I got from my friend when she saw the book was amazing.

I now know that giving a personalized gift ranks as number 1 on the good gift list.

You are given a choice of poses, coose your page & edit carefully, make sure you're editing the right page.

My experience with this company was exceptional customer service.
Deliver was fast.

I'd definitely use them again.

Customer Service replied quickly to my concern about the approval process on a repeat and eased my mind that it had already gone to production. I received it and I got yet a kick out of it. I am telling all the comic heads out there.

Told me something wrong with photo paused went elsewhere photo was perfect but they refuse to refund my money or even respond dont recommend this company at all

Absolutely amazing ordered one of these books for my son birthday and I'm thrilled with the book the detail and how it captures is likeness is fantastic. I can't wait for my son to see his book on his birthday he going to be blown away! It's just amazing 😍 absolutely fantastic fast delivery too amazing. Definitely recommend one of these for your child.

Very impressed with the whole process. The comic is generated within 10 minutes to review. The likeness of the characters to myself and my husband were amazing. We have ordered 3 of the travel/adventure comic books based around places we have visited. They have evoked lots of memories and emotions. Thank you for the quality and specialness of these books.

I order two story books for my kids as a present for them. I love it ❤️ it looks so real. Thank you for the love and dedication. Great pictures.

We were looking at making a book for our son. After hearing it was £38 with delivery, being able to create the front cover but not the full story until after payment raised 🚩red flags 🚩.

I then came here to read the reviews and it of course contradicted the reviews on their site.

You can easily create a story and images on ChatGPT.

I hope your parents didn’t get stuck in the cycle this website WANTS its less technologically inclined users to run into, paying over and over to generate 💩 stories. Then framing the process of creating the book as ‘paying the ai model to generate the story’, instead of paying for the physical book. Anyone could use a “free” ai chatbot to create a BETTER story that their engine pushed out, and I will be attempting a chargeback with my mom’s credit card, when this predatory company gave my mom hopes and then immediately dashed said hopes with a terrible story that didn’t use the prompts that she input and output a storyline that seemed to not resemble my nephew at all. Please go elsewhere if you’re reading this. You ✨may✨ get lucky and your attempt works out, but the negative reviews should get your attention and you should listen.

Amazing gift for my girlfriend. Honestly, this turned out so much better than I expected. I made a personalized AI comic for my girlfriend and it was such a cool way to turn some of our memories into something we could actually keep.

I’m obsessed with this company! I got a book for my best friend’s graduation and she absolutely loves it. There was a tiny issue with the generation (although some of the AI quirks made the story hilarious lol) and the customer service team went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service, I had a little problem with one of the pictures and it was solved in no time. Highly recommendable! Now, we just have to wait a bit and get the perfect gift for our comic lover!!

My whole family is crying laughing because of the book I made my husband it’s better than I expected. I had an issue with shipping that they fixed right away, THANK YOU will be ordering more

This was my first time using Kindred Press and designing an AI comic book as a gift. I had a lot of fun, and I had great support from Sophie at Kindred. I had quite a few asks and I needed a significant amount of assistance over the last few weeks to design the book I wanted. Sophie got back to me immediately each and every time answering my questions and assisting me until the final version was just what I wanted. Make sure you understand how the credits work. They are mentioned in the directions. I look forward to getting the final product in the mail. I highly recommend Kindred to create and give your loved one a unique gift built specifically for them!

As a total technophobe I couldn’t be more thankful to the wonderful Sophie from customer services. She literally guided me through some of the complex issues I had to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I came across Kindred on social media and couldn’t resist ordering one for my wife; she’s going to love it as a Christmas present and I can’t wait to see her face when she opens it.

Honestly, Kindred (Sophie) have been amazing and I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service. It should be commended and I’m so grateful. I will certainly recommend you to my friends and family who are going to surely be ‘asking’ questions when we show them the book.

I have ordered 3 books weeks ago with zero confirmation, just the money being taken. I have also emailed several times with no response! Absolute shambles of a company!

I ordered a book for my wife's birthday and she absolutely loved it. It was super easy to make and surprisingly only took a few days to arrive. The illustrations came out really well and perfectly matched what I wrote. I'm also really happy with the print quality, the text and images are clear and the book feels well made. Overall I'm really happy with the result, I'll be ordering more of these in the future.

I really enjoyed the story, and the pictures were absolutely perfect! The whole process was smooth and easy, and I was very impressed with the quality of the pages. I received the book even before my expected delivery date, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the book, the quality, the service, and the reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I ordered two books for 2 very difficult men to shop for. The storylines are hilarious, the images look like the people that I purchased the books for and all of the family members were so pleased with their own images in the books. I had a little difficulty with one book and they were prompt and helpful. Customer service was truly top tier! They were able to solve my problems and answer my questions very quickly. I highly recommend this, and I myself will be ordering more. What a great gift!!
