We took a rental car for travel to Italy. We got a wonderful car in perfect condition. I liked the quality of service, vehicle flow. The friendly and professional company King Rent. Managers take care of all our wishes and they treated us like family.
The car was traveling with us from Milan to Naples and back. Even when we had a little trouble along the way, everything was settled very quickly and efficiently.
This trip became more interesting and exciting, thanks to you. The next time we go back.

Прошлым летом была в Милане и мы с другом взяли на прокат Audi A5 cabrio. Остались очень довольны. Нас встретил водитель Сальваторе в аэропорту и проводил к автомобилю. Полностью объяснил всё, что касается автомобиля, выставил нам навигатор. Также помог с чемоданами и проводил до регистрации. Все было на высоком уровне, начиная с бронирования и до забора автомобиля. Что важно для меня- водитель был пунктуальным, вежливым и доброжелательным. Уровень и состояние автомобиля- отменное. Приятно иметь дело с такой организацией процесса. I decided to spend my birthday with my wife in Zurich. It happened this last weekend. Have tried a few luxury car rental services, this is so far the best. Recommending it to anyone who expects top service and high quality cars.

Matt in the office great, all organised - car turned up, wrong colour to what I was shown. No apology. Chap who delivered vehicle was arrogant - as if I wasn't good enough to drive 'his' car... disappointed

Shame because the quality of the car was top notch, but the former ruined the experience for me.
