After a year of immense stress dealing with the Home Office, we are deeply grateful to Kings Court Law for saving our family's future in the UK.
Our visa journey was a nightmare: securing visas for our children was initially fraught with delays, but after they were finally issued, they were unexpectedly recalled. To make matters worse, my wife faced imminent visa cancellation, and the Home Office falsely alleged that we had submitted fake birth certificates. We felt completely helpless against these severe allegations.
Kings Court Law stepped in with unmatched expertise and unwavering support. They represented us during a high-stakes, simultaneous two-and-half-hour interview with the Home Office, with Lawyer Clement representing me and Lawyer Emma representing my wife. Both lawyers were exceptional - thorough, highly professional, and reassuring throughout the intense questioning. After this was over, the Home Office came back again with further unfounded allegations.
Throughout this entire ordeal, Kings Court Law stood by our side, guiding us through every complexity and supporting us in all spheres. Thanks to their relentless advocacy, the Home Office completely withdrew the falsification allegations and officially granted our visas.

I instructed them for a CoS application…
I instructed them for a CoS application and they did a very poor work. Their communication services was extremely poor. Once they managed to get me to make payment for their services upfront, their communication with me seized until i kept pushing and that was very frustrating and i am not the only one complaining of this. Lawyer Clement did not do a thorough review at the documents i submitted and he only submitted my application at the last minute which was a rush work. Some of the things he wrote on my application did not align with my situation as he did not take his time to go through the documents I sent him. He rarely responded to my emails on time. The application they made for me was refused due to lack of attention to detail regardingthe documents i sent them. I will highly not recommend them. Times are hard and one cannot afford to let this lawyer who appears not to know his work well take money and do a careless work.I am never going to use them again.
