Don’t take the risk with this product you don’t get your money back
They take for ever to communicate. These pumps are no good for some one with big boobs either :/ doesn’t suit my nipples I’ve tried all the different modes and flange sizes a few times. They have a part on their web site that says 30 day money back but if you actually use the product… yah nah you ain’t getting it back.

Great suction
Great suction on the devices where it can hurt but it’s great that it comes with many sizes to try. Been using for around a month and the duck bills seem to be too large and fall off halfway through the pump now so I will get new ones. Battery life is great on the motors and it is relatively quiet and so nice to be able to be hands free while pumping!

Caused clogged ducts
From first day of use I got two clogged ducts because their flange sizes are smaller than other flange sizes. The battery life sucks without warning will just turn off and only takes a few pump sessions to die. Wouldn’t recommend their pumps.

had high expectations of this pump but…
had high expectations of this pump but it didn't really work for me. I only get about one ounce on each side and with my momcozy I get 3 ounces on each side. I also tried to contact them to return it and they don't answer the emails. I'm super disappointed.

One of my pump’s motor was faulty so I contacted customer service over the holiday. They were super quick to respond and offered to replace my motor for free. I love their products. In fact, I just ordered one more pair just before the incident.

Fraudulent website
Fraudulent website. Made payment for a product. I followed up with the company 2 weeks 10 days later as had had no communication other than the order confirmation. They advised the product was out of stock and offered me a much lesser valued and competent different product to "make me happy". I request the order canceled and a refund. I've recieved an email to say that the order is canceled and refund completed however am yet to see any refund.
Fraudulent site, would avoid completely!!!
