New washing machine
Driver arrived on time with new washing machine, quickly removed old machine, very efficient with a difficult installation of new machine. Driver seemed pressured, but in these trying times who doesn’t? He was perfectly pleasant and adhered to all COVID 19 regulations. All going well with new machine so far, so can’t comment on after care service, but I’ve bought from Kitchen Economy before and would be happy to use them again.

Excellent installation service.
A good price, but more importantly excellent service.
The installation guys were friendly and well experienced. They managed to overcome a number of issues when removing my old washing machine and installing the new one.
I will be buying all my white goods from these guys in the future.

The staff was very helpful
The staff was very helpful and friendly on the phone and when my husband picked up the cooker while doing the two meters apart during the lockdown we’ll done to the staff in the Cardiff store

Under present Covid19/20/21…
Under present Covid19/20/21 restrictions Kitchen Economy have done really very well. Engineer who delivered and fitted the cooker was great, mask and all!

Excellent company to work with
Ordered online as my tumble dryer needed replacing. Excellent service, called before delivery to confirm if I had steps. The driver called when he was 30mins away. Driver very helpful and respectful of the covid restrictions. I would highly recommend Kitxhen economy. Thank you to all :)
