Excellent service, efficient delivery
The two doors seem fine although I haven't fitted them yet. I appreciated the personal reply I received to a question about my purchase and this company impressed me by allowing me to ask an individual question as opposed to making me use a list of FAQs, none of which ever cover what I'm actually asking.

I needed a door for my discontinued…
I needed a door for my discontinued Howdens range which was a Greenwich gloss slab door.
I discovered Kithen Door outlet from a Google search.
I ordered a colour swatch to try against my exsisting doors, it is a good match, not perfect but its very close.
I decided to go ahead with purchasing a door, I think the postage is a little expensive, but what choice is there.
The free swatch that was provided allowed me to make an informed decision to order the door. This was a big positive, many other companies ask for payment for samples so kudos where its due to providing the swatch for free.
I will await the delivery of the door to see if is indeed a good match and I will update my review.
So far so good.
I do hope they don't use EVRI as their courier service as I have had many bad expierences with EVRI. Fingers crossed.

Hi Mr Storer,
We're so pleased you were able to make use of our free colour swatch service, and as you say, although not a perfect match, we're so pleased it's extremely close, and we were able to assist you with a replacement.
You'll be pleased to know we have partnered with a trusted courier that specialises in transporting large orders safely and quickly from our suppliers. This is reflected in the delivery fee, which we do understand can feel disproportionate for 1 door, but we do offer free delivery over £500.
We look forward to you receving your order and appreciate the 5* review.

no delivery even though I paid extra for scheduled delivery
I have made order almost 1 k worth of doors.
I have paid extra for exact day delivery. And of course no delivery. I have called them and ask where is my delivery. Lady said that they can refund me what I paid extra for delivery. They do not understand that we do that for living. I needed that door exactly on that day.
I was told that delivery will come next day. Surprise. It is almost 9 pm , Friday evening and no delivery.
This weekend is bank holiday. Nursery I fit kitchen for will open its door on Tuesday and kitchen is not finished. Please, Kitchen Door Outlet take your customers seriously.
And also need to mention that for my previous order, for 16 doors ordered 5 came broken.
Their service becomes worse and worse. They have been better before. I have been using that company for few years , but lately it is just goes down.

Hi Wojciech,
We’re sorry to hear that your items didn’t arrive on your preferred delivery date. Although delays are rare, unforeseen issues can occasionally occur within a courier network. This is why we always recommend waiting until your doors have arrived before booking any fitting work.
We can see that your items have now been delivered, and understand you're in correspondence with our Sales Manager.
We’re also sorry to hear about your previous experience with damaged doors, although we’re pleased that this was resolved quickly, with replacement items sent on a fast track delivery service.
We take any issues with our couriers seriously and will raise both incidents with your local delivery hub for further investigation.
Thank you for your feedback and for your review.

Staff are extremely helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble any questions or worries answered straight away. Good quality product.
Only thing that lets the service down is the delivery company.. We have had three deliveries two were damaged. Which is ok as if the parts are damaged they will be replaced but can be an issue as you have to wait for new ones but overall I would recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We found the perfect ‘replacement’ kitchen cupboard doors for our rental property that we could not find anywhere else. Excellent customer service. The doors are made to order so there is a bit of a wait but the doors were delivered exactly when they said they would be. Would definitely use again. Thank you!
