Kitchenfair Avis 275

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kitchenfair.

I made an order for a plinth and panel on April 21st. The plinth arrived broken and i with the courier rejected the order.

I then received no comms from kitchenfair and has to chase online to request a replacement which i was told has been dispatched May 14th to arrive on the 19th at the latest.

I followed up today as our builder as scheduled turned up to finish this job and of course no plinth was here. I followed up again to be told it was to be delivered today and low and behold this has not happened.

Now costing me more money in labour alone to rearrange another date.

Items were guaranteed next day delivery which should have been a Friday.
Courier used by Kitchenfair admitted driver then couldn’t deliver as he was past his legal driving time.
My joiner was booked in for the Saturday!!!
Items turned up on the Monday and are of very poor quality. They are supposed to be solid oak but back is definitely MDF.
I am really disappointed. Expected far better for the price!!!!!

I bought a copper kitchen sink tap, and is really beautiful and great quality. There were an issue with the delivery, but just I reported someone immediately take care of the issue and was resolved, so great customer support too

I found the perfect match for the kitchen cupboard door handles on the website. I was also able to select the correct length of screws for the handles.

Great customer service but only via email as there is no contact number. This makes it a little hard to have a conversation. They use DX delivery partners who were useless for me but thankfully KitchenFair did everything they could on their end to get me a replacement sent out ASAP
